賓館在一個很大的園林內，園林風景很美，緊靠襄陽南城牆，賓館房間設施高檔，乾淨衞生，以前應該是國營賓館吧。前台美女很熱心，帶着我上電梯、找房間。賓館早餐還不錯，該有的都有，牛肉麪好吃。
賓館退房時間是12:00，因為是乘下午3:00的火車，有點早，退完房把行李寄存在前台，到古城逛逛，然後回來取行李出發，要是像外面的賓館一樣延到14:00就更好了。

1.位置優越，距離北街不到兩公里，2.在國內地級市政府老賓館中裝修檔次，面積，衞生，環境能進入第一階梯，同類還有蘇州的南園賓館比他更好。3.早餐不行，種類衹能是快捷酒店水平，沒有西餐咖啡，牛肉麪的牛肉不錯。4.國有企業的痕跡比較重

這麼説吧，近600的房費，400多都是為酒店本身的地理位置和極大的用地面積買單。所謂風景房，窗户外面就是半堵牆；早餐品種極少，完全沒什麼可選，大人孩子都沒吃飽；所有人員都像沒經過正規培訓、服務意識極差。因為選錯酒店，旅遊體驗感太打折扣！網上看是5分好評才預訂的，唉😔。

這裏應該算是襄陽國賓館，當地人都知道，地理位置非常優越，就在古襄陽城牆腳下，部分庭院房可以直接透過窗户看到城牆，這個很贊，酒店的配置絕對五星級標準，智能馬桶、科勒大浴缸（配一次性浴袋）、惠而浦即熱式熱水器、功夫茶台…衹是沒有小童相關的物品和設施，不過庭院房門口的魚池還配有魚食，這個小朋友們很喜歡。目前酒店還在擴建，客房不多，早餐很少，地方也不大，不過襄陽的特色牛雜麪和武漢熱乾麪還是都有的。
