入住時最驚喜的就是滿眼的綠植！小院裏錯落着各類植物，推開窗就能看到枝葉舒展的樣子，晨起在院裏走兩步，連空氣都帶着清爽的草木味；房間陽台更是貼心，擺着小巧的盆栽，午後坐在藤椅上曬曬太陽、看看綠植，旅途的匆忙感瞬間被撫平。
而且能看出來酒店很用心養護，葉片都乾乾淨淨沒有枯葉，既保留了自然野趣，又不會顯得雜亂。這種把“小花園”搬進住宿裏的設計，真的太戳喜歡自然的人了，下次來還想住這裏！

酒店衞生乾淨，環境優美。前台非常熱情，剛到時前台小姐姐看我們帶了兩個孩子，立馬給孩子配齊小童牙刷🪥，辦理入住後加了管家微信，管家有問必答，而且速回的那種。隔天退房時，孩子直奔一樓餐廳就餐（酒店本身衹含2人早餐），前台姐姐直接又送了兩份早餐。幫忙做牛肉麪的阿姨也十分和藹，生怕孩子吃不飽。臨走還給兩個孩子準備了零食小禮袋。總之，非常滿意。一出門口，孩子立刻説這酒店服務太好了，必須給五星好評！😁

地理位置方便，旁邊就有公交站台，離商場走路五分鐘，酒店鬧中取靜，設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，裝修風格簡約大方，所見即所得，價格也很美麗，前台小姐姐服務都很好，臨走的時候還送了兩瓶水，真的值得入住

房間冷氣很足，剛入住的時候遇到的小問題馬上就有專人處理，房間乾淨氣味清新，有壓縮毛巾面膜等產品，前台還有茶葉咖啡化粧品。到古城很近，周圍好吃的很多，早餐一人一做味道很好，小朋友吃的很開心。門口停車超方便。每一位服務人員都熱情周到細緻耐心，很好的體驗。

一家人出來玩，看了很多家酒店最後選擇了樂之之，因為到的比較早特意打電話問前台可以寄存行李嗎，結果前台説可以提前給我們辦入住，真是太驚喜了，到酒店之後工作人員也很熱情，幫忙拿行李，告訴我們有需要隨時聯繫，一直都有人，還推薦了周圍的美食和景點，並告訴路線，出門還提醒我們注意防曬並送了幾瓶水等，第一次遇到這麼貼心的酒店，讓我對襄陽這座城市有了無盡的好感，房間衞生也非常乾淨，空間很大，各方面都能看出酒店員工的認真負責，一定會推薦給朋友的
