開了一天車，到酒店準備好好休息，半夜兩點發現空調不製冷，報修後終於修好，剛睡了3個小時結果6點左右又l壞了。。又報修。整晚衹睡了3個小時，口碑不錯的酒店不知道怎麼會有這種事情。
第一次壞的時候酒店確實願意換房，我們是兩間房，結果換的兩間房離了好遠，根本不在一棟樓。客服回覆説是房間定完了。我當時就查了房間預訂情況，結果發現最起碼有17間可以預訂，是不是酒店故意為之，不得而知。我們我2個長者，兩個小孩，一堆行李，又是凌晨，熱的不行，可以想象多麼難受。襄陽全天35℃，坐着不動都會出汗的那種。

首先選擇這個店位置確實不錯，上次來住過一次各方面感受都挺好就再次預訂了這個店，但是這次的服務態度真的絕了。作為一個前台，晚上想睡覺你乾脆在家睡好了，出來上什麼班啊，凌晨1點打電話內線外線都是直接掛斷，你乾脆給電話線拔了得了，住過那麼多店頭一次遇見這種奇葩事，辦入住的時候繃著張臉跟我欠你錢一樣，然後就是讓送個護髮素，等了半天給我拿個角落落灰八百年的，擦也不帶擦的，房間進去跟一個月沒住人一樣，桌子上一摸一手灰，真的下次寧願打車繞遠路也不圖近住這家了。
