The hotel facilities are old and aging, and the washbasin is leaking; the hotel hygiene is extremely poor, hair can be seen everywhere; the sound insulation is not good; the front desk service can be said to be no service.
The hotel price can be changed at will. It was 260 when booking and 245 when checking in. After I asked the front desk, the price on Ctrip was changed to more than 300.
This store is truly the worst in terms of facilities, service, and integrity. I will never stay at Lavande again.

房間一個很小，然後衞生真的太差太差了！房間一進去異味也很大，床上有這種不知名蟲子，還在我嘴巴上咬了一口！又癢又疼！枕頭上還有蜘蛛，蜘蛛爬在我手上，我嚇得要死，沒拍照！我真服了🙄🙄🙄

空調熱氣很足，熱水温度適宜，室內衞生乾淨、空間大，是性價比極高的店。本次住了2間，一間有地毯，一間無。建議部分房間不鋪地毯，因為地毯不好清理、給人不乾淨的感覺，不鋪地毯感覺房間乾淨明亮很多。
服務很好，半夜打電話也有回覆，感謝工作人員的辛苦付出。

下單的麗楓酒店，進去住的是花園酒店，房間設施設備不好，房間特別舊，窗户小的可憐，下單的詳情圖片是大窗户，給我們安排的一個小小的窗户，衞生特別差，五一假期去的，不好訂酒店衹能選那兒了，以前在成都住過麗楓，環境比這要好很多。這家應該是冒牌的
