前台小姐姐非常熱情，服務也非常專業，感受到了四星級的高級酒店水平。就是早上的自助早餐的服務員讓人很不開心，讓她幫忙下一碗熱乾麪，她説是自助的，內涵意思秒懂，過一會兒，有位男士讓她幫忙下一碗熱乾麪，她很快就給對方煮熱乾麪。這就是不同的待遇，可能對方是帥哥，高大威猛吸引了

前台小姐姐們很熱情，還給我們家女兒送了小童牙刷和小零食。酒店環境很好，乾淨衞生，枕頭和床墊都很舒服，一樓還有自助早餐，很方便，味道不錯，種類也很多。我們的外賣都是機器人送到房間，很安全，也很保護私隱。在外一直比較喜歡住連鎖酒店，安全，乾淨，放心

酒店門前有專用停車位，從北方過來按導航在襄陽北出高速一條大路10公里即到，很方便。
前台的工作人員接待很熱情，為我們升級了房間，洗浴熱水水壓很足，早餐品種也很周到，酒店旁邊有特色牛肉麪小店好吃且實惠。很不錯的酒店會推薦給旅遊朋友們的。
