The hotel is clean, the rooms are hygienic, and the location is very convenient. The customer service even gave me fruit on the first day. I originally ordered a double bed but later I asked for a double bed and it was upgraded. The lady at the front desk was also very polite and professional. I want to come back and stay again when I return to Xiangyang next time

點外賣不讓外賣員送上樓 打電話請前台安排人幫忙送 總共送了兩次 不能隨時幫忙送上來 晚上十一二點了不行 不過這可能也是因為值班人員較少或者是出於對前台小姐姐的安全考慮 建議設一位專門負責這方面業務的工作人員或者購進送餐機器人🤖
還有就是地址民發世紀大酒店不在民發世紀廣場🤣

朋友推薦的，説是在襄陽是很不錯的酒店，入住之後很滿意。民悦滙的崔錦鈺小姐姐周到貼心。酒店設施設備齊全，服務非常好。房間衞生很乾凈，床鋪舒適。早餐也很好吃，品種豐富。酒店的隔音效果非常好，房間很安靜，讓我得到了充分的休息。酒店設施齊全服務很好，各方面細節都很好。房間內床品乾淨整潔，衞生做的很細緻。水温水壓很穩定，還配有大浴缸。前廳的服務態度非常好，電梯直達地下停車場很方便，車位充足，停車是免費的。非常不錯的酒店強烈推薦給大家。

房間比圖片還寬敞！傢俱都是高端品牌，軟裝細節拉滿，躺床上就能看到城市天際線。服務員全程微笑服務，連拖鞋都貼心準備了，體驗感直接拉滿！

春節期間入住的，並不十分愉快，頂樓的空調形同虛設，完全不暖和，開了3個小時也衹有18度，還沒走廊的空調給力。經過無數個電話，以及攜程的協調，在除夕夜晚上九點多搬到酒店的標間，看着模糊的電視信號，度過了蛇年的春節。
