The hotel is clean, the rooms are hygienic, and the location is very convenient. The customer service even gave me fruit on the first day. I originally ordered a double bed but later I asked for a double bed and it was upgraded. The lady at the front desk was also very polite and professional. I want to come back and stay again when I return to Xiangyang next time

酒店前台康夢瑤人長得漂亮，服務熱情周到，細心，酒店位置很棒，設施齊全，出行便利，周邊商圈多，大堂寬闊整潔，周邊安靜，物品設施非常齊全，床很大.很喜歡這個酒店，高樓層，房間視野好，水温水壓都很穩定，贈送了歡迎水果，持房卡可以去，負一樓泳池游泳，水質乾淨，有救生員，地下停車場很方便，車位充足，入住期間停車是免費的，早餐品種也很豐富，設施好，體驗好，退房便利，贈送小禮品，非常滿意，推薦，下次還會入住。

酒店環境，衞生，設施中規中矩。
服務方面，前廳辦理入住速度稍慢，全程板臉，可能十一期間工作量大，比較疲憊。
客房服務人員簡直了，一大早他們聊天交流的聲音真的能把人吵醒，還以為門外吵架呢，嗓門真大。
酒店保安很專業，服務意識也很好。
總體來説還是不錯的。

整體還是可以的 除了電梯有時候有點不好做坐
早餐的牛肉麪很好吃 酒店到襄陽古城以及其他景點距離也比較合適 附近外賣很方便 需要注意寫清楚是送到酒店大堂 不然可能會送到公寓
感覺是襄陽性價比首選的酒店了

酒店位置交通和周邊用歺出行都方便，有地下停車場車位也充足，房間內設和裝修都還新，房間也夠大，早歺的服務人員都很用心，遺憾的是前台工作人員，是過節接待人多了累嗎，辦完入住了也不告訴早歺位置，問了才説在五樓，也不引導電梯位置，害得我拿着行李走了二處電梯才找到該坐的那部，而且接待客人應該辦完一單再辦下一位，我這邊沒辦完有一位夾三辦，客人不懂事前台人員也不懂規矩嗎，就在那裡二邊交叉着辦，一點禮貌都沒有
