The carpet on the floor and in the room is very old and dirty, with obvious stains. It smells like smoke when you enter the room. It is noisy when you open the window for ventilation because it is facing the street. When the window is closed, it is stuffy and hot. The air conditioner is not cold. The direct dial button at the front desk is broken. The most important thing is that the phone number written by the last guest on the sticky note raft with a pencil is still there. How is the room cleaned? Have you checked the room when transferring to VC?
