很不錯的一家民宿，在原609航空研究所裏面，一個小山坡分了幾棟房子，環境很安靜舒服，還有很多地方可以坐着休閑，門口還有原來看電影的大屏幕，另外房間也很大，很舒服，兩人房有兩個洗手間，很方便

非常不錯的民宿，適合家庭親子出遊，性價比極高，強烈推薦！
這家民宿2024年底剛開業，是由航天609所原園區改建而成。
外觀紅磚房修舊日如I日，內部軟裝、設施設備都是一流，中央空調是三菱的，衞浴均是ARROW。床墊軟硬適中，周邊環境靜謐，全家舟車勞頓一天，睡了個好覺。
我們選的是一室兩廳的套房，帶有一個小庭院，院子配有晾衣架，也是非常貼心了。客廳配有自動麻將機。，每個卧室配有1米8大床（也有的房型是一張1米8大床，2張1米2小床），面積差不多有120平方，一晚346，這個性價比真是沒話説。

住宿環境、吃飯的地方都非常nice，物美價廉，民宿是老609所改造的，裏面很大、環境也很好，很安靜。裏面還有食堂，吃飯也方便，價格還便宜。離古隆中景區很近。

度假型民宿，設備很新，兩室一廳適合家庭居住，離古隆中很近，遊玩方便，旁邊文理學院墮落街，選擇多多，吃飯也方便。環境很棒生態很好有點小蟲子，總的來説很nice，超適合親子出行。

襄陽杉水民宿真的很贊！房間超大，空間寬敞，住起來特別舒服。最讓我驚喜的是，民宿還提供自助做飯的廚房設施，食材可以自己採購，方便又實惠。性價比超高，價格實惠的同時，還能享受家一般的温馨。周邊環境也很美，出行方便。下次來襄陽，還會選擇這裏！連住2天。
