Overall this very good hotel with nice facilities. However I experience two incidents which downgraded service rank. On the first day in the restaurant person was smoking close to our table - should be separate area for smokers and nonsmokers, no reaction from personel. On the 2nd day when taking short clip of the cook preparing the meal, I was approached by the personel and asked not to record the staff, in other hotels staff is definitely more welcome to guests recording or taking photos. Not here.

Hotel is very new and room size is good,swimming pool and gym are good,unfortunately the pool starts only at 9am. Breakfast was fantastic,good varieties of choices of food.

公區裝修優雅考究，酒廊很有設計感，房間面積較大，可以拉滑軌門隔開洗漱區，窗外是園林風設計的小庭院，服務人員都親切友好，尤其是Cherry和rosy幫忙解決了很多疑問，還有Zoey和Lucas熱心幫忙辦理退房，下次還會來👍🏻

春節的時候閨蜜來住説他家的戴森吹風機是山寨的，這次我帶家人來住，吹風機竟然是這麼LOW的雜牌，上圖， 頭髮半天都吹不幹，無語至極… 近1000的房價配這麼廉價的東西，與你們所謂的奢華太格格不入了吧， 問了打掃的阿姨，説是前幾天領導通知把戴森吹風機全部撤走了，不想配就別號稱湖北天花板，不過服務和環境還是不錯的。
