首先住了幾次世紀廣場店的全季了 對全季映像非常好 去年來住的時候前台小姐姐特意送了幾張早餐券很感謝～今年來依舊選擇這家 六百多訂的兩晚也不算便宜了吧 問前台能不能送早餐券 前台那個短頭髮的小姐姐説送不了 行你既然送不了 我就用華住會送我的早餐券可以了吧 但是！她陰陽的跟我説通過中介平台（攜程）也不能用！讓我充值成金卡會員就可以用了 ？？很無語 請問我兩個平台會員都是我自己一個號 還不支持同時使用嗎 好你既然説不能用那我就不用了唄 然後大無語事件！回房間後我發現我的訂房訊息在華住會也是同步顯示的！我就試着看華住會送我的早餐券能不能用 非常絲滑的就預約好了第二天的早餐 根本就不像前台那個短頭髮的説不通用 麻煩統一培訓下吧 真的挺敗好感的 最後退房的前台小姐姐們都很好👍不滿意的就是那個短頭髮前台的服務態度 要是我強硬一點你是不是就給我用了？

一家人在襄陽玩了好幾天，連續住了五天，有自己開的有朋友開的，高層房間很大舒服，洗衣房好用。後續會選擇，就是電梯需要等。

價格合適，環境好，房間舒適，服務熱情周到，每天打掃衞生，大熱天送6瓶礦泉水。乾淨無異味，早餐豐富，周邊吃飯方便，去東站打車22.，去奇幻谷打車22，網約車非常方便。

大床房寬敞，衞生硬件條件都不錯，前台服務很好，有小冰箱很方便。地處襄陽新城區，自駕停車方便，周邊有商業中心購物飲食方便，距離華僑城二十分鐘車程，自駕溜娃推薦。

前台小姐姐服務態度很好，但是酒店的阿姨們缺乏培訓，9：40餐廳的阿姨大呼小叫還有沒有要加餐的，沒有就要收了。別的酒店都是走到餐桌邊小聲詢問。牛肉麪上飄了幾片牛肉，讓阿姨多加一點牛肉，那阿姨耷拉個臉極不情願的加了兩片。下午一點五十，打掃清潔的阿姨用力敲門，並且沒有説您好服務員表面身份。開門之後詢問是否續住，然後提醒退房時間是下午兩點。。。整個入住體驗很糟糕，感覺欠她們錢。
