設施：空調不能製冷，剛進去還可以，半夜熱醒。常住酒店的人應該明白，酒店那種小房間小窗户，外面10幾度，屋裡30多度，半夜熱醒幾次。製冷能花你們幾個錢？（製冷進屋的時候還能用，半夜就給停了，直接強制給關了）
衞生：衞生這是我住過最垃圾的全季。***在桌子上，頭髮。（有圖）
環境：這是我最不能接受的，15點就到了酒店，跟前台説安排安靜的一點房間。好傢伙，給我安排在一個拐彎的角落，酒店是21樓開始，給我安排21樓，樓上健身房和洗衣房雙buff，樓下是垃圾轉運集中點。早上4點55分垃圾託運車就來了。22樓是健身房，24點還有人在健身，已經無力吐槽。
服務：前台的服務？？？攜程訂的不能延遲退，**訂的可以？區別對待客户！！！不都是消費嗎？

節日出游到美麗的襄陽，白天遊玩景區，晚上入住到全季酒店（襄陽東津民發世紀廣場店），酒店環境不錯，住的舒服。

首先住了幾次世紀廣場店的全季了 對全季映像非常好 去年來住的時候前台小姐姐特意送了幾張早餐券很感謝～今年來依舊選擇這家 六百多訂的兩晚也不算便宜了吧 問前台能不能送早餐券 前台那個短頭髮的小姐姐説送不了 行你既然送不了 我就用華住會送我的早餐券可以了吧 但是！她陰陽的跟我説通過中介平台（攜程）也不能用！讓我充值成金卡會員就可以用了 ？？很無語 請問我兩個平台會員都是我自己一個號 還不支持同時使用嗎 好你既然説不能用那我就不用了唄 然後大無語事件！回房間後我發現我的訂房訊息在華住會也是同步顯示的！我就試着看華住會送我的早餐券能不能用 非常絲滑的就預約好了第二天的早餐 根本就不像前台那個短頭髮的説不通用 麻煩統一培訓下吧 真的挺敗好感的 最後退房的前台小姐姐們都很好👍不滿意的就是那個短頭髮前台的服務態度 要是我強硬一點你是不是就給我用了？
