這次入住的酒店真的給了我超棒的體驗！一進房間，就能看出衞生做得特別到位，床鋪整潔，一塵不染，衞生間也沒有任何異味，細節之處盡顯用心。
服務從前台辦理入住時的熱情接待，還免費升級了一個大床房。到入住期間的各種需求都能迅速響應，真的讓我有種賓至如歸的感覺。最讓我感動的是，那天我外出回來，在門口停了一夜，我衹是隨口説了句好多毛毛啊酒店員工立馬去拿擦布幫我擦乾淨。發現車被擦得乾乾淨淨 。而且他們還主動送水到房間，這一系列貼心的服務真的暖到我了！就為這一點細心的服務。以後一直住這家！

酒店的服務非常出色，從前台辦理入住時工作人員熱情的笑容，到入住期間對我的各種需求都能迅速響應，每一個環節都處理得恰到好處。有天我想多要幾瓶水，打電話給客房服務，沒一會兒就有人敲門送來了，還貼心地問我有沒有其他需要幫忙的地方。在這家酒店，我真真切切感受到了家一般的温暖，下次出行，這裏肯定還是我的首選！

暑假餘額不足，時間有限，臨時決定來襄陽玩玩，三人一🐶，在網上選了好久，最後選了這家，房間乾淨整潔，性價比高，還是寵物友好店，進門後還有咖啡機等設施，服務也很好，出去吃飯遊玩還會告知我們周圍景點，我們退房後有個小物件是不要的，酒店還特意留着，發消息問我是否需要，幫我保存，特別感動，滿意！

訂的時候，我就備註了要無煙和安靜的，住了那麼多次酒店，第一次遇到認真聽要求的酒店，真的太滿意了👍以往的酒店，無論去到哪個城市，星際多少，都不會在意無煙的備註，作為一個討厭煙味的人，真的有被這個酒店的服務態度狠狠地打動了！這衹是其一。
酒店的性價比很高，位置距離古城不遠，到高鐵東站走幾步路就到公交站坐 K15，門口就有共享單車停着，去哪都方便
人性化服務，由於我自己沒有看清楚日期，本來想訂 28 的高鐵，訂了 27 的，二話不説就給我退了 27 號晚的房費，真的是太感謝了
在我要走的時候服務員姐姐還特地給我指路和給了水叫我帶着路上喝，誰懂啊，在外旅遊遇到這種真的會讓我對這個城市的印象都變好了很多（當然襄陽給我的印象完全超過了大理古城）

出來旅遊，看了好幾家酒店，看到評價過來的。辦理入住很快。幫忙拿行李。帶的有孩子，前台小姐姐還幫忙把行李拿到房間。前台小姐姐還送了有小童牙刷和拖鞋。房間乾淨整潔。空調效果不錯。周邊離景區都很近。退房的時候又額外的贈送了礦泉水。非常滿意。熱情的襄陽人。要給酒店的主管小姐姐説聲謝謝。幫我照看孩子。還給孩子買了小零食。謝謝（＾ω＾）🙏🏻

酒店阿姨特別熱情，旁邊有停車位也很方便。但是房間馬桶蓋子可能年代太久了，看上去特別黃，建議更換。玻璃牆上有較多水漬，床單有多處補丁。
