有地下停車場，周圍環境還可以，吃飯也方便，訂的特惠房，洗手間沒有乾濕分離，看之前的評論也提過，所以有些心理準備。總體感覺一般般吧，沒有很大的驚喜，不過這個價格也不能要求太多。
