酒店前台服務很好。地理位置很棒。環境衞生很乾凈。周邊吃東西也很方便。前台接待非常有禮貌，大廳乾淨整潔，很舒服，大氣。酒店環境非常好。房間設施齊全，很適合出差入住。早餐也很豐盛。非常棒的一家酒店。

房間很寬敞，大床有2米寬，帶小孩睡也方便，浴室乾濕分離，房間還有小客廳，小朋友很喜歡，有足夠的空間玩耍，早餐比較簡單，不過去晚了也一直幫忙加菜很nine，樓下還有很好吃的小吃店和大型超市

來湘鄉這邊訪友，好友推薦住這兒，訂好賓館吃完夜宵回來已經凌晨一點多，發現房間的燈一直滅不了，於是打前台電話想溝通換房，發現打不通後想着應付睡一下。第二天早起女友告訴我一晚上沒睡好因為燈反覆亮，遂下樓和前台溝通賠償，前台和上司溝通後態度強硬沒有絲毫道歉態度。我認為這種問題肯定不是衹有我一個人反應過，可是一直不整改，真以為消費者都是好對付了事麼？如果知道房間有問題我多花10元換個房型又算啥呢？明知有問題不整改，前台電話打不通，一直把問題推到消費者身上，商家或許以為我蠻橫無理取鬧，工商局也是和稀泥，但你們不整改還想着無所謂反正糊弄一個是一個的態度，真是讓我大開眼界😅祝你們生意興隆，財源廣進

衞生挺乾淨，進去還挺香，床也軟，本來時間趕好久沒睡飽覺了，隨便找個酒店沒想到還行，睡覺也舒服

住了這麼多年酒店，第一個讓我覺得前台態度不行的酒店，昨晚問她“飄窗”啥意思，本能想要是窗户小或者沒有我就升級房型，結果前台説房間很大有沒有窗户無所謂了，我問她前台有熱水？她説房間自己去燒呀！昨天經歷了一大堆不好的服務，也不知道咱咋惹她了。建議大家以後來湘鄉出差住“莫林酒店（火車站旁）”環境不錯、前台服務很好，維多利真配不上兩百多一晚的服務，

房間寬敞整潔，前台的服務態度很好，態度也好，遇到問題很快就給解決，很麻利。原來訂的房間不通風，後來給我免費升級了房型，酒店位置離我辦事的地方很近，出行方便，有專屬的停車場，雖然臨街但噪音不大，居住體驗很好，值得推薦[強]
