The service is great. Since our family came to Xiangtan, there are old and young people. The lady at the front desk was very attentive and arranged a very quiet room for us. She also took the initiative to provide us with an extra pair of toothbrushes, slippers and towels. The details are really touching. The room is also equipped with tea bags and coffee bags, which is really good. I thought it would be good to be comfortable in a hotel of this price, but I didn't expect the service to be so good. I must praise it! !

This is the best hotel service I have ever stayed in. When I arrived at the hotel, a waiter helped me push my suitcase to the front desk. The front desk staff prepared warm towels and tea with floral water. Another waiter helped me wipe the suitcase and asked me if I had any plans for the next day. After learning that I had plans for the next day, they took the initiative to contact a car and sent me there directly for service the next day. It was really considerate.

But these four days, especially these two days, I felt that the front desk service was not good enough. I had to send clothes for washing in the evening. I called the front desk and insisted that it would be washed tomorrow. I told the cleaning lady Next, I helped readily without saying a word. The same goes for extending my stay. I asked to swipe the room card, but it turned out that I couldn't open it when I went upstairs. I had to wait for the aunt to come and help open the door. I hope the hotel will get better and better in the future.

The room was clean and hygienic, and the boss was very enthusiastic to teach us travel guides and precautions.
