1、設施破舊，衞生間天花板搖搖欲墜，開門不順，開門時衞生間天花板有炸裂聲，預訂有窗開無窗。2、衞生差，右邊有濃濃尿騷味，地板有腐黴味，空調異味特別重，有刺激鼻子的黴菌，導致第二天感冒。3、服務差，欺客，預訂有窗房間，開了個無窗間，反映了説沒房了，。價格還老貴，159元，。因考試不得不委屈居住。4、位置差，靠樓梯，走路響動特別大。老闆還説是特意給我找一間安靜房間好休息。

房間大小還可以，基本設施都有，樓下就有一些小餐館。房間雖然靠馬路，但做了兩層窗户，都關上隔音還算可以，衹是一些大車的噪音比較明顯，總體來説性價比很高
