該酒店位置較好，乘公交方便，去河東或湘潭火車站都很方便。前台服務熱情周到，給予延時退房的便利，非常感謝。賓館正規，房間很大，設施齊全，可能由於裝修時間過長，出現牆紙開裂，空調不太熱，洗臉池有水垢等現象，嚴重影響入住體驗，要是重新裝修一下，生意一定會好。

第一次來湘潭，對這種城市印象很不好。再説説酒店吧，金天鵝酒店處鬧市區距離湘潭站並不遠，整體來説設施設備有點老久了，好在酒店床品還是較為乾淨，一份錢一分貨。但是我想表達的是晚上十點有人敲我門，而且還是很急促有力的聲音，我一個人出門在外真的很害怕，而此時房間裏座機如同虛設，電話線都沒有連接，電話更打不通，衹有用自己手機看着攜程官方給的短號給前台打電話。酒店前台姐姐説可能是客人走錯了房間，但是房間門上沒有貓眼呀，我也不知道是誰敲門。
