頭一次住個酒店還這麼憋屈，5月8號入住的房間5月9號退房後那一天都沒啥問題，到10號給我發消息説我把座機弄壞了，時隔24小時了，這中間到底是誰弄壞的那就不明而立了，結果你們店長直接指明瞭就是我弄壞的，上來不分青紅皂白就讓我賠償，就這種服務態度我真不知道你們是怎麼培訓的，還虧我回來最先選擇的你們店住了長達一個多星期，甚至我最後一天都繼續選擇你們店住，結果給我來了這麼一個驚喜，酒店什麼都好，就你們店長的這態度讓我很不爽，作為你們旗下在湘潭最高端的酒店，服務態度還不如你們的簡滋，關於房間投影沒有會員這個事情覺得賠償了我了你們就沒問題了，我住房間前問你們你們説有，然後我住進來結果沒有，前台説賠償，我答應了，退房後第二天店長就這個問題説他們檢查有會員，那既然有會員你們當時為什麼不給我弄好呢？我缺你們這賠償錢？最後反過來好像我為了佔你們便宜一樣

挺滿意的，每次住酒店都選擇這家，喜歡這種極簡裝修風格和大投屏，看着乾淨利落，樓下有美食步行街，還有茶顏悦色，想點外賣半小時不到就送來了，洗澡水也挺大很舒服，百寶箱掃碼服務挺多的，免費停車，上午可以安靜睡覺，都挺好，啥都能滿足。有問題找前台都是第一時間回覆，很好！
