第一天入住，3個小時房間還是30度，服務員順這是他們冷氣最好的房間，我信了。直到晚上，還是30度，大夏天的根本住不了。我強行要求換房間，服務員心不甘情不願的一邊嘮叨一邊帶我看了一間房。空調開了不到10分鐘，便明顯感覺到冷氣。可她還堅持説原來的房間冷氣最好，她平時休息就喜歡在那間房。
續住，房間物品（咖啡沒補）不齊，我開門找服務員，沒人應聲。我看到工作車上有咖啡，於是對着監控拿着咖啡作為聲明，確定衹拿了該屬於我房間的數量。回到房間，特意給前台打個電話告知她們我剛剛自己補了兩天咖啡，前台告訴我順要另外收錢…
前台的美女穿着睡衣上班，不説笑容了，連起碼的好臉色都沒有。如果不是不想搬動行李，外加房間基本硬件配置還可以（不過停車位很少且狹窄），真是一天都不想住。
我是在評價裏看到很多好評才選的這家，不知道好評是哪裡來的？

這次的酒店住宿令人十分滿意。房間內部裝修精緻，陳設擺放規整有序，營造出舒適的居住空間。床品柔軟，能讓人快速進入甜美的夢鄉，房間衞生狀況極佳，細節之處盡顯用心。
酒店服務人員熱情友好，總是面帶微笑，有求必應，讓我感受到賓至如歸。
早餐的種類雖然不算極其豐富，但勝在品質優良。新鮮出爐的麪包散發著誘人的香氣，各類熱菜也做得有滋有味，還有現磨的咖啡，為清晨增添一份愜意。儘管僅有早餐供應，卻也在一定程度上滿足了味蕾的需求，為新的一天奠定了良好的基礎。
交通方面，酒店位置便利，臨近公交站點與地鐵站，方便前往城市各處遊玩或辦事。周邊環境較為安靜，能保證住客擁有良好的休息環境。整體而言，這是一家性價比頗高的酒店，下次出行我仍會考慮選擇這裏。

第二次入住熹鋭大酒店了，前台小姐姐收了按金100元，退房時會自動退回。酒店7層的自助早餐很安靜，湖南湘潭米粉很好吃味道不錯。酒店客房每天都打掃很乾凈服務人員都很仔細，業務能力很熟練。智能語音小西不是很管用，手動拉窗簾關燈更方便。
