第一天入住，3個小時房間還是30度，服務員順這是他們冷氣最好的房間，我信了。直到晚上，還是30度，大夏天的根本住不了。我強行要求換房間，服務員心不甘情不願的一邊嘮叨一邊帶我看了一間房。空調開了不到10分鐘，便明顯感覺到冷氣。可她還堅持説原來的房間冷氣最好，她平時休息就喜歡在那間房。
續住，房間物品（咖啡沒補）不齊，我開門找服務員，沒人應聲。我看到工作車上有咖啡，於是對着監控拿着咖啡作為聲明，確定衹拿了該屬於我房間的數量。回到房間，特意給前台打個電話告知她們我剛剛自己補了兩天咖啡，前台告訴我順要另外收錢…
前台的美女穿着睡衣上班，不説笑容了，連起碼的好臉色都沒有。如果不是不想搬動行李，外加房間基本硬件配置還可以（不過停車位很少且狹窄），真是一天都不想住。
我是在評價裏看到很多好評才選的這家，不知道好評是哪裡來的？

第二次入住熹鋭大酒店了，前台小姐姐收了按金100元，退房時會自動退回。酒店7層的自助早餐很安靜，湖南湘潭米粉很好吃味道不錯。酒店客房每天都打掃很乾凈服務人員都很仔細，業務能力很熟練。智能語音小西不是很管用，手動拉窗簾關燈更方便。

酒店性價比高，還包含早餐，樓下就有免費停車場，房間空間大，入住過程唯一不足是房間空調壞了，熱到確實不行，後來找酒店工作人員，值得點贊工作人員的服務態度和處理方式，下次來這邊遊玩也會選擇住這個酒店

一直住的很舒服 有早飯但是需要帶票 不帶票不給吃 住在房間裏很智能可以語音控制 ….湘潭為數不多還可以的酒店了
