3月8日在該店的2米圓床房，於23.47分到達該店前台，前台無人，打前台留下的電話一直打不通，打了十幾個電話一直聯繫不上前台人員，直至半小時後由外人叫其歸位，來後説是原來的圓床房沒有了，給了我一間麻將房，衞生十分差，電視不能開，遙控器裏電池都沒有，下單時顯示圓床房有的，後來説沒了，明顯是開給別人了，我付錢了就是我使用的，如何能給了他人？説明該店完全沒有服務意識，隨心所欲，令人反感。
