首先前台對於ota的相關要熟悉，不能等客人到了才知道自己要幹啥，早餐券也忘記給，客房方面訂的麻將房有明顯煙味也要開窗通風，再不濟也得噴下空氣清新劑，其他的沒什麼了，就電視會員有點鬧心，有問題整改就行了。
