The young doorman interrupted me and asked for a pack of cigarettes from the young lady at the front desk. The young lady did not free her hands to take it twice but still kept chattering and did not take the hotel guests in front of her seriously. It was reflected that the hotel only had hardware and the software could not keep up.

The hotel's hardware facilities are perfect, with a big bathtub, a super comfortable big bed, and the electric opening of the curtains at the entrance, which is full of ritual. But what is more worthy of praise than the hardware is the service of the hotel staff. After check-in, the waiter will guide you directly to the elevator entrance, and the cleaning lady will greet you with a smile on her face when she sees us. There is also welcome fruit and yoghurt. The surrounding business is not too prosperous, but fortunately there are takeaways, that's all.

初二回老家住了這裏，非常滿意，員工都很熱情，環境也沒得説。孩子也很喜歡。送了零食果盤。第二天帶父母在這裏中餐廳吃了午飯也很滿意。真的非常好。前台小姐姐們都很熱情！

這一次到響水縣出差，這個酒店整體上感覺挺好的。周邊的環境挺好，酒店非常乾淨整潔。服務態度很好很貼心。
