Atour is really getting better and better. The location is very good. There are Starbucks and food stalls downstairs. The rooms are clean and spacious. The service is also good. After learning that there were elderly people and children, she gave us great care. She was warm and friendly, and patiently answered every question we had, making people feel like spring breeze. With her full attention, our family spent every day in the hotel very safe and comfortable. It is the greatest wealth of the hotel to meet such caring employees. The room wasn't large, but well-equipped, perfectly suited for a family of four. The balcony was convenient for drying swimsuits and other items. The breakfast was plentiful, and the à la carte Chinese restaurant was delicious. There's also a restaurant adjacent to the hotel, making it convenient for a change of pace. The entire Songlan Mountain scenic area is also quite impressive, with coastal trails, bike rides, and even drives, offering stunning scenery. The hotel is well-managed. A slight downside is that the typhoon caused all the marine activities to be suspended, but we still had tons of fun during our two-day, three-night stay. I wish we had more domestic brand hotels like this. If I had to offer a complaint, it would be that the service could be improved. After all, for star-rated hotels, in addition to excellent hardware facilities, service is the core of the selection.
