After a wave of cold air came in the beginning of winter, we finally waited for a weekend with good sunshine and gentle breeze. We met up with friends to spend a vacation at the Sheraton in Xiangshan. Perhaps it was due to the off-season, and there were not many people in the entire Songlan Mountain Scenic Area. Coupled with the good weather and the hotel's unique location, the two-day and one-night weekend holiday went very well. Environment: The hotel is located in Baisha Bay, with mountains behind and the sea at its back. The location is excellent and the beach quality is good. It should be suitable for family fun in hot weather. There is a red seaside plastic plank road next to it, which is suitable for walking and running. As the venue for last year's Asian Games sailing competition, the surrounding road facilities are well built. For meals, you can go to Juexi Town and Damu Bay, which can be reached in more than ten minutes by car. Service: Professional to the point. The front desk upgraded the room to a deluxe sea view room. You can watch the sea view and the sunrise from the balcony or even lying on the bed. The breakfast variety is not particularly large, but some local specialties such as wheat cake cones are good. The variety of fruits is a bit limited. The service between meals is very good and the dishes are collected in a timely manner. Room service response is also very quick. Facilities: This is the only area that needs improvement. Perhaps it is due to the influence of the seaside environment. The facilities that have been renovated and opened for more than two years already feel a bit old. The lighting in the lobby is a bit dark, the quality of the furniture in the guest rooms is average, and the toiletries are of the quality of a business hotel.

We had a good stay. The hotel staff Sam was very helpful. They gave us an upgrade, and we're attentive. Nice fireworks was organised on 31st night next to the beach thus, it was a grand start to the new year. Though, hardly any staff spoke English except for Sam, yet they were able to help via translation through WeChat. On 31st night the Buffet dinner just had Chinese food selection and not much vegetarian option, when we asked if they could do any other vegetarian dishes, the manager and the chef went out of their way, and to our surprise they served us Indian style fried rice and vegetables korma and barbecued veggies... What could be better than this thoughtful gesture... On top of that they made the dinner complimentary for us. Many thanks for your warm hospitality. I chose the loft suite for my second stay. It has a high floor and a lot of space. Unfortunately, it only has a skylight, which is a bit regretful. It was a very comfortable stay, and the bedding was good and hygienic. The waiters were very kind and the breakfast was rich. I stayed here for three days and had different tastes. On the day of check-in, I was given afternoon tea and Crown Hotel swimming tickets and hot spring tickets. I happened to go there to play. The water in the swimming pool was very clean and not irritating. The newly opened facilities in the hot spring were very high-end and worth a dip. Pets are allowed in the hotel for a fee, 300 yuan per pet per day, which I personally feel is a bit expensive. This time it cost 900 yuan to stay for three consecutive days. I reported the pet fee issue to the housekeeper, and the manager waived the pet fee by 300 yuan. Thank you for your praise.

New hotel, the environment is very good, the service is OK, but the sanitation is too poor, there are many flies in the restaurant, the cleaning is not clean, the bathrobe has not been replaced, and there are long hairs on it.

The hotel is in a great location, right by the sea. Standing in the yard, you can watch the tides. The hotel service is very enthusiastic. We were originally scheduled to arrive in the afternoon, but we were delayed and arrived at the hotel at around 9pm. The housekeeper was waiting for us at the hotel and helped us check in and move our luggage. The room is quite large and clean. Any questions can be answered in the housekeeper group. It is a great experience. I will stay here again next time.

Atour is really getting better and better. The location is very good. There are Starbucks and food stalls downstairs. The rooms are clean and spacious. The service is also good. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is not good. The neighbors are using water in the bathroom, which makes a lot of noise. You can also hear the neighbors talking. I guess it was a flaw when the building was built.
