衞生：走進一樓大廳就有種回家的感覺，很乾凈。
設施：設施很齊全，房東一家很熱情，叔叔阿姨對小朋友很親切。
到的第二天晚上我們還自己買了燒烤食材，在院子裏燒烤聊天，很愜意的假期。到海邊也很近，半邊山屬於新開發的海灘，沙子很細，也很乾凈的海灘。小朋友們玩的都很開心，約定了暑假還來。

老闆老闆娘人很nice，房間簡裝但是很乾凈，很舒服。
民宿就在東海半邊山景區的對面。離沙灘很近，步行可達，但是沙灘有點下餃子感覺，人太多了，而且沙灘有點臟，建議可以去陽光海岸沙灘玩，離民宿車程也不遠

全家為了避暑來象山遊玩，唯一讓我們流連忘返是這家名宿，房間佈置不算豪華勝在舒服，老闆夫妻倆不算能會説道，勝在樸實，讓你感覺如回親戚家的温暖。老公回家就計劃下個月再來的時間表，謝謝老闆老闆娘，你們的誠信經營讓我們度過一個愉快的旅程！

民宿很乾凈，老闆娘人很好，有求必應，還幫忙聯繫出海船，和朋友們好幾家一起在這裏過端午節很歡樂。位置的話離沙灘步行距離不遠，10分鐘吧，從商業街進入，很方便，入住兩晚小朋友們天天去沙灘上泡着，太適合親子出遊了。另外還接受小狗子，對有寵物的家庭來説也很重要

有一個院子，晚上可以吹吹海風，離海邊走路15分鐘左右，老闆娘很好，切西瓜給我們吃，幫我們預訂象山影視城的門票，比網上自己買便宜，強烈推薦

缺點是房間隔音太差，一早就被吵醒了，離沙灘近，對面就是停車場。總體來説環境和衞生都還不錯，如果能有早餐就好了，附近買東西也不方便，就一家麪店可以吃東西，味道不好，這種情況下早上房東提供點饅頭稀飯其實體驗感會好很多，成本其實也不會太高
