設施：這個維也納和其他的不同，是簡約風，房間很寬敞，落地窗顯得房間很明亮，窗外是灣景和公路，遠眺還能看到海，很養眼。冷氣空調很給力。淋浴房空間很大，設施都很新。
衞生：打掃的很乾凈，一次性用品補充的很及時。
環境：酒店所處位置鬧中取靜。旁邊有一個生活廣場，吃飯非常方便，還有一些小吃店和奶茶鋪，解決了夜宵問題。酒店的門口有個地面停車場，車位充足，停車很方便 。離酒店不遠有水世界和松蘭山景區東沙灘，酒店位置還是非常優越的。
服務：服務非常好， 剛入住時遇到了點小麻煩，前台和工程師都完美解決了。

房間去年裝修，進去的時候味道有點重，其他都挺不錯的，去的時候還免費升級了海景房，贈送了玩沙子工具，離松蘭山景區也比較近

免費升級成海景家庭房，特別好，房間很大，11樓，對面就是洗衣房，環境好，衞生乾淨，入住送了小禮物給小朋友，挖沙工具和碎碎冰。離松蘭山度假區有五分鐘車程，走到遊客中心五分鐘，乘接駁車五分鐘，下車走到南沙灘五分鐘，總體還是比較方便。離店還送了小禮物，住的挺滿意的，房間智能化，聽着歌，看遠遠的海景，很舒服。

酒店位於松蘭山景區附近，停車很方便也不收費，定了兩晚親子房，酒店性價比挺高，衞生條件可以，房間裏有小度語音控制，住了好多酒店，這家的床墊我很滿意，不是那種軟綿綿的，
從酒店開車去松蘭山海灘五分鐘左右，稍微有點偏，大的飯店選擇性少，不過旁邊有個大目灣生活廣場，晚上還挺熱鬧，小吃有很多
工作人員很熱情，想問附近有沒有挖沙工具賣，居然貼心的送了孩子一份，走的時候還提供了一份伴手禮，妥妥的好評！
