I have a good impression of this hotel: 1. The service is very good and all service staff are welcoming with smiles. 2. Give away free drinking water and fruits. 3. The room and surrounding environment are clean and comfortable. 4. When the waitress at the front desk saw us two elderly people in their seventies, she took the initiative to upgrade our standard room to a sea view room. 5. There are many varieties of breakfast and it is very clean.
If I come to Xiangshan next time, I will stay at Diamond Hotel again. Thanks!

服務：工作接待人員非常熱情周到，還給我升級到行政樓層待遇，每天都有水果和麪包提供，房間水不夠打個電話有機器人送水上門。
環境：整個酒店的造型獨特像鑽石一樣，難怪就鑽石酒店，裏面大廳裏很有藝術美感。
設施：設施齊全熱水真的很熱，泡泡浴缸一天疲憊消失不見了。
衞生：服務人員打掃衞生乾淨，補了日常消耗品。用心了😊

酒店床墊非常舒服，衞生情況良好，唯一覺得需要改進的還是服務，家庭房三個成人，衹有二雙鞋二把牙刷，致電後給了小童牙刷和小童拖鞋，再提出孩子是成人，阿姨勉為其難説再給我換一雙成人拖鞋，其實入住登記時能先行協調好，體驗感會提高，其他都挺不錯的下次再來也會再來住。

這次預訂的是家庭房，辦理C/I登記時，同行是三位成人。如果酒店工作人員能在此時詢問是否需要撤走房內的小童玩具，體驗想必會更貼心。
酒店設施很新，服務也令人滿意。不過第二天早餐時，看到一位女士穿着浴袍在餐廳走動，多少有些不妥。作為星級酒店的hostess遇到這類情況，或許應當委婉提醒客人注意着裝，以維護餐廳的就餐氛圍，也避免給其他客人帶來不佳的感受 。

衞生：除了地板地毯某些地方看上去略有些時間感，其他還是挺乾淨的
環境：離海邊挺近的，走路10到15分鐘吧，可以接受

在石浦鎮意外的驚喜，沒想到酒店非常好。
酒店設施新，房間寬敞，乾淨衞生，早餐非常非富，有當地特色，西點有提升空間。
地理位置不錯，距離石浦古城開車8分鐘左右，石浦古城晚上非常漂亮，且免門票。
總體滿意，下次來石浦還會選擇。
