Peaceful location in Xiangshan a couple of kilometres from the tourist area. Hotel staff were friendly and room was clean and comfortable.

小朋友喜歡挖沙所以特意定了這家酒店，之前特意點開差評看的那些什麼服務不周，設施環境差的問題等都沒遇到，期間還送了小朋友挖沙工具和入住、離店伴手禮，大廳出門左轉五分鐘就是沙灘很方便，入住期間前台小姐姐也好，客房服務小姐姐也好，打掃阿姨也好都很熱情，不足之處就是位置較偏，周圍除了酒店內自帶餐飲沒別的可吃，酒店晚餐自費的128的自助餐種類也有點少，個人比較推薦客房點餐服務，清淡一點，口味還不錯。總體來説還算滿意，下次還會光顧。

酒店的服務超出預期的好，得知小朋友過生日葉思圓小姐姐還貼心的準備了禮物和卡片，非常感謝！酒店旁邊有個小海灘，開車5分鐘也可以去隔壁半邊山的大沙灘，強烈推薦早餐的海鮮麪，用料很足海鮮新鮮，下次有時間再來！

本來對這家酒店印象挺好的，因為下雨，提前給我們安排了入住，整個酒店像個皇宮超好看，小童樂園雖然不大，但還有個閲讀室
但是！但是！走的那天整理衣服，一條20公分的蜈蚣啊，從我腳上爬了上來，嚇得我整個人懵了，結果派人來處理掉後，經理拍了個照直接走了，居然連個關心和道歉都沒有，這是一個酒店該有的態度嗎，到現在都忘不了蜈蚣在我腿上爬的感覺，太可怕了，大家如果住的話一定要小心，説不定半夜就有蟲子爬你床上了

這家酒店多給他一顆星我都怕自己睡不着！
一千八的海景房就這？
1.訂房之前致電問過可以游泳嗎居然告訴我有海濱浴場可以游泳！去到是泥灘啊而且也不是乾淨的水，酒店自己也寫着嚴禁游泳
2.關於海景如圖所見不是你想象中的海景就是山邊一點點看什麼看啊
3.服務之差！酒店很大分兩棟樓 好多電梯，給人一種他不想告訴你房間在哪裡的錯覺！找了好久，問了幾個人也不詳細説！
4.我兩點辦理入住，要我等40分鐘！説沒打掃完，一堆藉口説什麼旺季，旺季不是你的事情嗎為什麼要轉嫁客人身上！然後打掃啊也不是特別乾淨一直房間聞到一股子煙味🚬沐浴露也不補充
5.早餐！巨多人 都是油炸速食真的沒什麼吃 他做旅行團真的好亂好吵好多人
這家酒店剛開始應該投入很多錢進去裝修，好好的弄成這樣也不保養 不明白是什麼操作

問打掃房間的阿姨再要瓶水，滿臉不屑，要再收5元一瓶，1500多的房間就這服務，住過這麼多五星級就這個是這樣的，平常價就500元一間、感情節假日飄了，態度還很惡劣，當然最後也沒給我水，這麼熱的天氣，房間裏就兩瓶水，再要一瓶就這樣，感情嫌棄沒花5元錢買水啊，這種服務，差評！

價格和品質完全不符合，性價比太差。
位置相對偏，不好找。
酒店門口最基本的停車保安沒有
説有沙灘，其實就是一片荒草叢生，沒有整理的水灘
房間隔音差，水壓差，
沒有一點將近2000塊房間的體驗，環境沒有什麼特別，早餐很一般，服務員服務質量很差，沒有服務意識。
太后悔入住，點評真實度差。

酒店環境非常好，像一個大花園，房型也很好，陽台門打開都不需要開空調，海風非常舒服涼快，前廳部門小金很熱情，加了微信告知我們可以提早入住，對於帶着小孩 需要睡午覺的寶寶十分友好，還提供床圍欄，最後一天還幫我們延遲退房，非常感謝，就是小孩子浴室洗澡有點滑，如果有防滑墊就更好啦，總之非常滿意，寶寶説下次還要來！

入住時房間還沒打掃好，工作人員小張加了微信，打掃完成後及時通知，也告知酒店周邊的情況，有問題也可以諮詢她，也送了小朋友沙灘玩具。房間很大，床也舒服。晚上會貼心的送牛奶和綠豆水。早餐很豐富，海鮮麪和豆腐腦都很好吃。
沙灘距離酒店步行幾分鐘，人少景色優美，很多小螃蟹，很喜歡這裏，下次還會再來～
