We were traveling with our children. We originally booked a superior twin room, but when we checked in, we were upgraded to a deluxe twin room. It was a pleasant surprise. The kind-hearted lady quickly coordinated with me and arranged for two ladies to come to my house to take the clothes and dry them. After drying, they returned them in person. We didn't know we had to go through the lobby, so we didn't prepare a change of clothes for the children. After we finished swimming in the swimming pool, the lady also took two large towels for the children to wear back to the room. It was very nice.
