房間設施差，洗浴間和衞生間是純玻璃房，打膠處一圈都有黑黴，衞生間開關門時會發出很大的一聲異響；房間牆面有一大片發黴處，好像漏過水一樣；一扇窗户鎖也是壞的，無法鎖上；前台服務員態度和辦事效率都挺好，但是早餐處服務就差的太多了，早餐很少且基本都是冷的，花樣很少，餐廳內衹有一個煮麪和餛飩的人，看起來像兼職，説話生硬，態度差，餛飩都煮爛了，不建議在酒店內吃早餐；總結：這樣的設施和服務，不值得500多的房價；這也是我第一次給酒店評1分，實在難以理解攜程的4顆鑽是怎麼評出來的？
