老闆一家非常nice 很熱情 升級了房間思廬民宿 早餐是海鮮麪 有兩衹漂亮的狗 房間乾淨 設計清爽有品位比較新 離奔跑吧樂園和影視城都很近幾分鐘 下次還來！

主要是圖片和實物相差太大，格局一樣環境基本等於沒有維護，而且老闆沒有主動服務意識態度一般，經常沒看見人，打電話倒是能解決問題，但是住宿體感確實不怎麼好，夏天住一天光停電就停了兩次，早餐還得出門去另外的民宿吃，沒有停車位（公共停車場基本滿位），總得來説不值得這個價位。

榻榻米房間朝北，進去有黴味，能不定這種房型就不要訂。跟老闆反饋了這個情況，他們會盡量協調解決的。吃早飯要走到另一家民宿，有點遠，不方便。

跟朋友一起來象山影視城玩 正好住了這家民宿！周圍都是民宿 離象山影視城也很近！交通還蠻方便的！住宿環境也不錯 很舒服！民宿裏有倆衹黏人的狗狗叫奇奇和奶牛 超級可愛哈哈哈！另外 老闆娘煮的早餐海鮮麪也超級好吃！推薦大家入住！

這次趁孩子暑假一家三口一起去象山影視城和中國海影城遊玩時入住了花築影人之家2晚，總體感覺非常的不錯。整個庭院的花花草草佈置得非常漂亮，室內的裝修和佈置也相當的精美和用心。老闆娘人很好，入住的時候還在庭院裏採摘了無花果請我們品嚐，還為我們推薦了晚上逛街吃飯的好去處“石浦漁港古城”。花築客房乾淨整潔，晚上也很安靜，住得挺舒適的。早上的早餐老闆娘給我們做了海鮮麪也十分的美味。另外花築門口就有一大一小2個停車場地，自駕的話停車也挺方便的。總之這是一次非常不錯的遊玩和入住體驗，下回來這邊玩的話還會選擇花築影人之家！

為什麼出去選擇住民宿？是因為民宿能提供一種更為人性化的服務和温馨家庭式的體驗！客人可以和民宿主人或者和其他客人互動交流，更瞭解本地文化！但你們家我絲毫沒有體驗到這種感覺！缺乏酒店的專業性，服務貼心程度更是不行！
1.預訂房間後，沒有客服或者人來主動聯繫我，告訴我應該怎麼走，具體位置，問我們入住時間，告知象山攻略（其他民宿有這種貼心的服務）
2.由於沒人接待溝通，導致我們自己去找，找了半天找到了，進去大堂沒人！全是雜物亂放，根本沒有圖片上的那種乾淨！我又聯繫老闆，等了一會才有人出來！
3.老闆娘給我們升級了雙床房，攜程上掛419，很感謝！但是，升級的房間，客用礦泉水沒放，兩雙拖鞋扔在！是扔！衞生間洗手枱下面櫃子裏，洗澡洗一半發現洗髮水沐浴露全都沒有！就真的很惱火！
4.辦好入住老闆娘加了微信，詢問攻略！然後就短短几個字，如圖！房間是包含早餐，評論也説老闆娘的海鮮麪很好吃！但是！沒有告知我們時間！或者，詢問我們需要吃早飯的時間！10點發訊息説吃早飯，我們已經走了！每次出去或者回來，大廳都沒人！也不想一次次發訊息沒完沒了打擾老闆！
