Ningbo Xiangshan Nanbo Hotel

A friend recommended this brand new hotel, which only opened in November! Ctrip currently has packages, which are very favorable! The hotel is facing the sea, and the scenery is good, especially in the past two days, the temperature has dropped sharply due to the wind and rain. In the room with floor heating, drinking tea, drinking coffee, chatting and watching the football game is very leisurely. The service of the hotel is also very good. The waiters in the restaurant and room are very enthusiastic and always provide satisfactory service with a smile. Special thanks to Manager Wei in the lobby, because of her enthusiastic introduction service, I have a plan to go on vacation again! I stayed in the hotel for two nights, facing the sea, in the morning, afternoon and evening, there was a very big change in the sea surface, which was very surprising, and gave me a different visual experience! Very nice!

New hotel, the environment is very good, the service is OK, but the sanitation is too poor, there are many flies in the restaurant, the cleaning is not clean, the bathrobe has not been replaced, and there are long hairs on it.

受颱風影響，一開始覺得無聊，後來天晴了發現原來這麼美，退潮後滿地的螃蟹，無從下手。前台還給免費升房，房間大舒服，泳池如果能提供一些小童玩水的玩具就更完美了

本次出差為商務出行，於5.29入住，因是在海邊的度假型酒店，5.30早晨在酒店旁的灘塗旁散步，看到灘塗旁有很多螃蟹和跳跳魚，於是想下去抓，但在抓螃蟹過程中陷入了灘塗中，想拔出來，沒想到身體一下子失去平衡，我趕忙用手去撐，一塊極其鋒利的石頭劃破了我左手大拇指，鮮血一下子將整個手染紅，急忙往酒店方向趕回去，這時酒店的PA技工，鄭師傅主動詢問我是否需要幫助，用清水為我沖洗了身上的淤泥和傷口，前廳部的小楊也為我送上創可貼和碘酒棉簽，及時做了消毒後趕往醫院，希望酒店領導看到評論後可以對這兩位員工進行表揚，雖然這次入住發生了意外，但是酒店員工的行為真的很讓人暖心，感謝南鉑酒店，感謝鄭師傅和小楊❤️❤️

總體來講還可以吧，就是那個被套都是洞洞了，房間是挺大的。望待改進吧，然後沒有洗衣房這個不太友好

前台服務很好，房間很大，性價比很高。象山菜做的很好吃。自助早餐是比較一般，品種少，但也能吃飽。酒店總的來説還是不錯的。
