房間寬敞明亮、乾淨衞生，服務態度特別好，情緒價值拉滿，走的時候還暖心的送了水和點心，非常感謝！我們是假期帶孩子出來玩，本來想住第一城裡麪的，但是看網友留言説裏面放音樂比較吵，我老婆睡眠不太好，就選擇了桔子酒店，完全超出預期，非常滿意！

服務從一開始就特別特別好，前台很熱情很貼心，非常周到，給我升了房型，還貼心地説這裏位置偏、周邊吃的少，給我送了兩份早餐，走的時候還幫我拉行李。酒店窗外可以看到第一城，晚上亮燈特別好看。設施有化粧鏡，很方便化粧了；淋浴水壓也很大很舒服。總體來説很不錯的，不過大廳裏有人坐那兒開會抽煙，大廳又不通風，嗆得要命，電梯裏也是這樣，可能唯一的不足就是這些抽煙的老登帶來的😮💨。

首先，服務非常好，工作人員很有素質，辦理完入住後，有小哥哥幫忙拿行李並指引到房間。房間雖然老一點。但該有的功能都有。一個酒店的好不好我一般都看拖鞋的質量。這個酒店的一次性拖鞋非常厚實。有五星級酒店的配套水平。前台給免費贈送了早餐。絕對的物超所值。最後退房，工作人選還主動送到門口。這服務不比日本的酒店差。非常完美的入住體驗。
