這個酒店硬件簡直是頂配，超豪華，服務也很好，賓至如歸，在房態允許的情況下還給延遲退房了，對於帶娃出行，還想睡個午覺的來説，簡直是太棒了，早餐品種不算很多，但是越吃越覺得味道好，有種漸入佳境的感覺。房間有露台正對着景區的核心地段的夜景超美。因為帶了孩子本來還想去體驗驗一下三樓的咖啡，結果沒時間去，有點可惜。酒店後面還有一個很大的一片綠地，我們去的時候正好還有很多菊花盛開片花海，我們租了一個電動敞篷三輪摩託車馳騁在花海中，簡直不要太爽。天工開物那個樓裏有個展覽前言裏面的日月重開大宋天這句話觸動了我。

服務很好，房間很乾凈，夜晚也很安靜。前台小姐姐還給做了客房升級，退房還送了水果。不足是酒店早餐很一般，但吃飽是肯定沒有問題的。這次出行的遺憾是因為下雨沒看見夜晚的表演。

服務態度超級好，房間乾淨整潔，可以加床。表揚前台一位大哥，超級有愛，來園區住這裏很方便，還會再來。孩子糖人掉在了電梯裏，幫忙安撫傷心的娃，不僅讓免費畫畫，還送了一衹漂亮的簪子，十分感謝！

國慶假期到景區遊玩，選擇了正安宮酒店，因為位置在景區的核心位置，看節目出行都方便。
大床房都在朝向景區的一面，夜景很漂亮，房間也不算小，還有個小陽台。
向酒店反映了個問題，酒店很重視，態度很好的做了溝通，特別是最後反饋結果的一位酒店人員，特意電話詢問並面對面反饋，這樣真誠態度的酒店人現在真的不多了。
早餐也還可以，有面、餛飩、羊湯；沙拉、水果；品種還算齊全的。
房間放了好幾瓶水，大堂還提供了園區導覽圖。

酒店位於國安第一城景區內的南北中軸網上，位置十分優越。踏入酒店，彷彿穿越回了明清時期，復古的建築風格搭配精緻的園林景觀，讓人眼前一亮。房間方面，乾淨整潔是第一印象，床品柔軟舒適，細節之處盡顯品質。房間內的設施也很齊全，空調、電視、冰箱等一應俱全，還有觀景陽台，站在陽台上可以欣賞到景區的美景。餐飲方面，酒店的早餐種類豐富，現煮的餛飩和新鮮水果都很美味。中餐廳環境優雅，菜品味道不錯且菜量很大，午晚餐零點也很方便。
此外，入住酒店還可以免景區門票，景區內全天有各種表演，如打鐵花等，非常精彩。酒店周邊還有小童樂園、採摘園、花海等，適合帶孩子來遊玩。

整體來説挺好，酒店在園區內，前台小姐姐很有耐心，對每個問題回答的都很仔細，房間很大，很乾凈，還給了小童拖鞋和洗漱用品。房間陽台夜景也超級棒，中心位置很正。在大廳遇見服務員也總是笑呵呵的跟孩子打招呼。
