9.9當天入住應該是大堂經理，服務很有效很直接很有誠意的解決了我的問題，還幫我們搬行李到房間，因為我們帶着小孩子，有一些需求也儘可能的都幫助我們了，態度也是非常好，衞生很乾凈，住的很舒心👍

前台接待非常熱情，看帶長者來和大堂經理申請給升級了房間，因為沒有親子房帶個大孩子還給加了床，服務跟貼心，為客人所想，酒店在景區C位，每間房都有個小露台，推開門就能看到景區夜景，非常漂亮。早餐也很豐盛，小油餅一定要吃，很好吃。帶家人出行非常滿意，

建築恢宏大氣，極具特色。位置處在景區正中心，到哪兒都方便。前台美女看到有長者，主動給升級了套房，陽台正對城門和中心廣場，在房間即可觀賞夜景和演出，超讚。已推薦周圍朋友，還會再來。

整個區域非常大，是一個景區，裏面的裝潢非常豪橫，雖然有一定時間了但維持得還挺好。
房間裏也有裝修過的痕跡，但設施也確實老了點，不過開業時間早這是肯定會出現的現象。
前台服務非常熱情周到，房間裏遺忘東西了很快就給我打來電話，直接到前台領取，可見查房和跟進的速度有多快，這一點很贊！

酒店服務非常好，可以登記車輛進入園區，也可以代取外賣，前台電話溝通響應也非常及時，感謝酒店服務同志。
房間非常整潔，生活用品齊全，房間佈局燈光效果都很不錯，落地窗觀看夜景很舒適。酒店經理還贈送了果盤，非常感謝。

從踏入大堂開始，就能感受到服務員們撲面而來的熱情——辦理入住時，工作人員動作麻利又耐心，會主動告知房間細節和酒店服務；在走廊或公共區域遇到時，他們總會笑着打招呼，哪怕衹是問個路，也會細緻指引，甚至主動幫忙留意路線，那種真誠的態度讓人心裏暖暖的。

服酒店位於第一城中心位置，窗外景色很好，房間很乾凈。帶孩子去度假，入住時給我們升級了套房，離店時還贈送了小禮物。酒店所有服務員都很熱情，服務周到，在樓道見面都主動打招呼。到達時服務員從大門口就幫忙推行李到大堂，然後還送到房間，離店時也是幫忙把行李送出酒店。早餐中規中矩，質量不錯，種類夠吃。中餐廳很漂亮，午晚餐都可以零點，味道不錯菜量很大。
大堂可以自己搗葯材製作香包，小孩特別喜歡，服務員一直耐心陪着孩子玩兒，還送了一個做好的香包。
園子很大，夠遛娃的，還可以看雜技表演（需購票），可以掃碼租電瓶車逛園子，還有個小動物園可以看小動物。酒店的背後是花海，很大，開着電瓶車去逛很愜意，後面的荷花又大又多。
景區裏有個尼雅餐廳，是西餐廳，環境很漂亮還可以參觀酒窖。
