剛入住房間桌子上就有一根很長的頭髮，馬桶也巨臟，衞生真的很堪憂，值夜班的前台第一時間幫忙上去看了，給換了一間房。換房也沒有説給升級，空調異響嚴重，還有那個小夜燈，真的是過於靈敏 一翻身就亮，最最最重要的是酒店隔音巨差，超級差，隔音差的不得了！一晚上全都是機器人和隔壁客人説話的聲音，整個晚上沒睡着。酒店衹會説換一間房，連個耳塞都不會提供嗎？處理方案也是差的不得了，不會再去踩雷，大家也要注意避坑……

一條毛巾弄上一點染髮顏色，跟我説洗不掉.必須收我15塊錢，一條掉毛普毛巾15塊錢，變相高收費，房間裏也沒有聲明用你家東西要小心注意吧.還説不賠錢的話就把俺列入黑名單！15塊錢給你們，不缺這個錢，就你們威脅顧客的態度。不用拉黑我也不會再住了.訂的圖片房型與實物一點也不符..本來衝著連鎖店去的.這新開的住這一次真是失望.老闆是真餓！
