The hotel is old, the facilities are dilapidated, there are yellow stains on the toilet, dust on the table, the room smells of cigarette smoke, and the air conditioner is broken. When I asked the front desk, the front desk was very impatient. After trying it several times, it didn't work, and they even asked, " Does it have to be air conditioner?" Why not for the same price? Although I repeatedly asked to change rooms, the room I changed did not have an electric kettle. The front desk said, "You two rooms can share one room." I was speechless. In the end, they were given a very broken kettle. By the way, this is my first time staying in a hotel that doesn’t provide napkins. What do you think of such a hotel with a room rate of nearly 200 yuan in the off-season and such facilities and services?
