這次住店體驗良好，要讚揚6月29日值班的服務員。事情經過是這樣的：6月29日我參加了鹹豐馬拉松，我下午退房後在酒店大堂休息，15：30開始，像通過網約車平台約車去恩施許家坪機場，從順風車、到拼車，再到打車，逐步加價，1.5小時過去了，依然約不到車。正當我很着急的時候，服務員告訴我，當地人不用網約車平台約車，她提供了一個車隊電話，使我順利地約到車，並以經濟的價格拼車，按時抵達了機場，順利返程。很贊！

酒店的整體還是不錯的，服務態度相對來説都是算是比較好的了，位置方面也還不錯的，就在美食街上，比較方便的

衞生還可以，房間也比較新，但熱水供應太差，入住當晚熱水小的根本沒法洗澡，服務人員解釋是因為馬拉松比賽入住爆滿，熱水供應不上，但第2天上午洗澡熱水仍然很小，還是酒店本身設備的問題。房間裏的礦泉水都還要收費，入住還要交100元的按金，真是少見。酒店也沒有電梯。酒店外面不知道是個歌廳還是什麼，晚上音樂聲非常大，好在九點多鐘就結束了。
