一次還算不錯的體驗，原始部落房型不錯，視野好，景色不錯，入住也很舒適。
豪華帳篷房體驗感極差，樹木遮擋視野不佳，房間投影壞了，幕布放不下來，床一翻身就咯吱響，完全沒法入眠。
最令人失望的是，入住前打電話諮詢老闆，口口聲聲保證酒店附近沒有施工，温泉已經修好，來了之後發現施工噪音擾民，前台還推脱責任，説不是她承諾的。我打酒店電話問的，難道我還要掰扯是誰承諾的嗎？不應該是你們酒店承諾的嗎？難道隨便一個人還能接攜程的酒店諮詢電話呢？隨便一個人能代表你們酒店呢？
自然環境和服務意識難以匹配，恩施旅行很多次都遇到服務質量完全跟不上節奏的情況，已經麻了。

如果下次還有機會來 肯定還要來打次卡 相當的不錯 森林公園沒有花時間好好的逛逛 酒店在山頂非常棒 視野很好 就是道路在修 過段時間來應該體驗感會更好

訂的是星空房，看🌄日出特別棒，就是閣樓有螞蟻，可能是我們開着窗睡覺給招來的，晚上山上挺冷的，出門看星星要穿長衣長褲

晚上8點到的，酒店招牌紅字衹亮了一半，晚上酒店衹有2個服務人員了，還有1個幫忙提行李，房間有點潮，晚上睡覺蓋被子睡覺總感覺被子裏有蟲，身上起了幾個包，睡覺環境音比較大，第2天早上起來了遛狗，雜草比較多，景色談不上好，感覺都還不是成形的民宿，比起價格來説實在是失望。
