The Marriott hotel I stayed in this time brought me a lot of surprises! 1. The design is based on modern simplicity, with soft warm gray walls and natural walnut finishes, which has both urban style and Chang'an charm. 2. The location is excellent, about 10 minutes walk from the nearest subway station, and it is very convenient to go to the Bell Tower and Shaanxi History Museum. 3. The surrounding area has both the atmosphere of the city - in the morning, you can go to the old brand in the alley to eat a bowl of Hulutou Pao Mo, and when night falls, the creative Shaanxi restaurant on the pedestrian street is also quite romantic. 4. The staff's service is meticulous and professional, from check-in to nightfall service is just right. Whether it is a business trip or a cultural tour, this hotel with both quality and geographical advantages is worth including in the list!

I was quite satisfied with the Mercure hotel in Xi'An and I got really great help from the staff. Mainly a lady named SUNNY who were able to speak english very well. She even brought me great support during her resting time by ordering food for me, The only thing for a foreigner is that it was not easy to find, just around the hotel, a nice place to eat or have a drink. Also, the breakfast in the hotel was veryday the same with very little choice. Still, I will still use this hotel next time I go to Xi'An as quality/price is is a great value.

We got the triple room. It was large and spacious. The hotel is new and very clean. The bed is super comfortable. The hotel is super convenient. Train station is right downstairs. Plenty of food and shopping around and close to bell and drum tower. Highly recommend to all.

Location: Next to SKP, opposite Zhongmao Plaza, very convenient transportation, close to subway and bus, close to Yongning Gate, surrounded by shopping malls, and basically all the well-known local restaurant chains. Environment: Economic chain hotel, it is good to stay in a family room for two adults and one child. The child sleeps alone, so as not to affect each other's rest after a day of shopping. The bathroom is an integrated one, and the space is cramped. Service: Very good, able to respond quickly. The front desk also prepared snacks in the afternoon, and gave a small gift when leaving the store.

I must say that it beyonds expectation for Gran Melia hotel, particularly Manager Berry, she works with excellence service mind. The first time I go traveling in XiAn with my elder mom. It is quite complicated to take care her. But this hotel is the right answer, specially Miss Berry who understands our needs well. Full breakfast buffet with various food and wider room with balcony is perfect for us. I must recommend this hotel to my friends and suggest them to book premium room too.

When we arrived at the hotel my friend was sick AF and was throwing up every 5minutes. Thankfully the room was huge (not like other hotels in china, and to be honest is big even for european standards) so i could enjoy some time in the room by watching drag race global (#teamnehellenia) on the sofa, by watching the view from the window and by taking long walks in the room all of this while he was vomiting in the bathroom. The location is great is just 20min by didi from the airport and 20min from xi'an north railway station by subway (just one stop). Next to the hotel there are a lot of restaurants and places to eat in general. The only downside was that the hotel only had 2 washing machines (very weird since ibis hotel in jiayuguan has several and it is way smaller) and they do greenwashing!!! (the trashcan should is separated for recycling waste and non recycling waste but if you look more closely you realize that inside there's only one bag for the trash. And please please please make sure to visti hua shan mountain it's beautifull up there e soprattutto è pieno di fregni rari con le tette e braccia enormi e bara! BEST HOTEL IN CHINA HANDS DOWN

I saw good reviews of the Renaissance Xi'an Hotel on Ctrip. It happened to be not far from where I was doing business, so I booked a night. The environment was very good. The pillow was uncomfortable when sleeping at night, so I called to ask for a pillow. The customer service delivered it quickly. The service was very good. I decided to stay for another night. The morning of the hotel was good. I will choose the Renaissance Hotel next time.

I chose this hotel by chance after seeing high reviews. The location is good, the surrounding area is very prosperous, and the hotel environment is very good. Xiao Huo at the front desk was very helpful in helping me with the room. He was also very attentive and proactive in helping me collect my luggage. The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and the hotel has complete facilities. , the room is clean and tidy, very welcoming, the stay is very comfortable, the breakfast is good, there are many varieties, I think it is very cost-effective, and there are some special snacks from Shaanxi. Every hotel staff is very welcoming, making people feel very comfortable, and the environment is great. The most important thing is cleanliness! I came to Xi'an and stayed at Wall Inn Chang'an near the city wall again. It felt like home. The housekeeper was as enthusiastic as ever. The bed and pillows in the B&B were so so so comfortable. It is so important to have a good night's sleep. I really want to ask if I can buy the same ones. It was Valentine's Day and when I returned to the room at night, I saw the roses and Ferrero Rocher chocolates carefully prepared by the housekeeper. It was so sweet! All toiletries are Jo Loves by Jo Malone. The digital shower system has a lot of water and displays the bath water temperature in real time. You can adjust it to your favorite temperature every time without having to try hot and cold. The location is inside the north gate of the city wall and it is very convenient to take a taxi anywhere. Anyway, I will live here permanently when I come to Xi'an in the future!

The condition is very good, the room is large and clean, and the disposable items are of good quality. It was very quiet at night and the staff had good service. The breakfast is good, it is all made by the restaurant itself, and the fried dough sticks and everything are delicious. My colleagues stayed in a five-star hotel in the city, but the conditions were not as good as here. Highly recommended! The only drawback is that it still smells like decoration.
