Hotels in Xiamen Railway Station Area, Xiamen

I am a foreigner. This morning, when I checked out, I forgot my passport in the room. Fortunately, the front desk staff noticed it in time and contacted me to send it to me 👍👍. The breakfast was very tasty, served from 7:00 to 12:00. If you wake up late, you can directly have it as lunch. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive, handling check-in quickly. The room was clean and hygienic, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with good water pressure. The location and environment were good, right below was a pedestrian street that was very lively with lots of snacks and convenient shopping. 我是个外国人，今天早上退房护照忘在房间忘记拿，还好前台工作人员及时发现联系我，给我邮寄了👍👍，早餐很好吃用餐时间7:00到12:00，起来晚可以直接当午饭吃，工作人员服务热情周到快速办理入住，房间干净卫生，浴室干湿分离水压充足，位置环境不错楼下就是步行街很热闹，小吃很多购物方便，

The room size was just right, and the bathroom was especially spacious. Traveling as a family, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Check-in at the front desk was fast and professional. Most importantly, there are over a dozen Michelin-starred restaurants and plenty of entertainment options nearby, all within walking distance, so no need for a taxi.

There is a subway station next to the hotel, so it is convenient to go anywhere. There is a lake just a short walk away, so it is good for taking a walk. It is connected to a shopping center, so you can buy things. When you enter the room, it feels like a typical 5-star hotel. However, there was dust on the water bottle in the bathroom. I don't know if it was because it had been a long time since a guest stayed in the room or because there is a lot of dust in Xiamen. The room seemed clean, but if you look behind the bed or behind the desk, you can see dust. Looking at the dust accumulated behind, I wonder if the carpet on the floor was cleaned properly. The air conditioner control was a Johnson Control. The sensor that controls the temperature in the room did not work sensitively. Since I only went to the hotel to sleep, I never had a chance to use other facilities at the hotel, so I don't have opinions about other places.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Room is very clean and spacious. Service is very good. Customer service speaks english. Location is great with restaurants all around. MRT station is just beside the hotel although we usually travel via Didi. There's a customer service guy named Mr Duan who is very helpful in answering our queries. Beautiful floral arrangements in the lobby too. Highly recommended and will definitely l go back to this hotel again.

I have always enjoyed staying at this hotel during my visits to Xiamen. Its location is exceptionally convenient, situated on the same row as Xiamen Railway Station, which makes travel seamless. In addition, Robinsons Mall is located directly across the street, providing easy access to shopping and dining options. The hotel consistently maintains high standards of cleanliness, service, and amenities. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Xiamen.

The front desk staff were warm and polite. As a Ctrip Diamond member, they directly upgraded me to the business floor. The housekeeping staff were very patient, diligent, and provided excellent service. Overall, the hotel is very convenient. Right downstairs is a subway station, allowing easy access to anywhere. It's just across the street from the high-speed rail station, located on the right side of the North Square exit of Xiamen Station, making travel super convenient. To the right downstairs, there's an underground passage leading to a large shopping mall, and there are many great restaurants nearby. I'll choose this hotel again next time I visit. It's a trustworthy star-rated hotel!

Good stay, clean and comfortable beds. Concierge is nice and friendly. Good food options around the hotel. Self service laundry available. Will choose to return when in Xiamen again.

OMG, I initially booked a different hotel, but after reading all the positive reviews I changed to this fabulous hotel. I'm very happy I went through with this because the Xiamen Airlines 1987 Hotel was well worth the money. The room was beautiful and exceptionally clean. The linens were luxurious, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff upgraded my room to one with a window and presented me a free voucher for their late evening meal. You take the elevator to the 3rd floor I believe and there's some nice food options to partake in. The meal is supplied from 21:30 to 22:30. The food was excellent. I was really impressed. All of the staff at this superb hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. They easily go out of their way for you in anything you need help in. The front desk even called a taxi for me for an early flight to the airport. Spectacular attitudes from everyone in the hotel. You will not go wrong staying at this wonderful hotel. I would definitely book it again any time I'm back to Xiamen.

Visiting Xiamen for the first time, I chose Lushan Hotel based on a friend's recommendation, and it absolutely lived up to expectations! The location is fantastic, right by Lianhua Lukou Metro Station, with tons of dining options just outside. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the room amenities were pretty good too!
