Hotel is quite old but generally the room condition is very well-maintained and clean. Staff's attitude is very polite at front desk, room service and cleaning team. The cleaner even gave me a mouse pad when she noticed i didnt have one. Location is awesome, as there is a lot of local foods restaurant and convenient stores within 200M walking reach.

Watching movies on a projector is much more enjoyable than watching on an ordinary TV! ! It’s wide and big and it feels so good! ! The room layout is quite advanced. I found this hotel when I was on a business trip this time. I will definitely stay a few more days next time.

Great hotel with exceptional services. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. During our stay, we received remarkable services from the hotel staff beginning with the young Bellboy who greeted us on the day we arrived and thereafter. The front desk staff are friendly and professional; check-in was quick and easy, and especially Charis, who had patiently answered many questions that we had for Xiamen. We appreciated Lia, who helped us to get taxi by using her own phone with the local DiDi program and makes sure the taxi driver knows our destination. We also appreciated Alice from the dining room, who to cut and packed the fruits we brought from the market on the day we checked out. Last but not least was cleaned daily. We felt great when we saw a note from the housekeeper and found towels folded 🐘 on our bed one day and a swan on the next day.

The hotel is easy to find and conveniently located very close to Xiamen Station, about a 15-minute taxi ride away. Right next door, there's Tianhong Shopping Mall, featuring a Starbucks, Luckin Coffee, and delicious bakeries on its first floor. It's a fantastic location overall, with many excellent local restaurants and specialty shops nearby. The staff were all very friendly. We had also stayed at this hotel last summer. Our child particularly loved the LOFT-style bed with its steps; there's a tatami bed perfect for lounging, and the upper level features a super comfortable mattress and a cozy relaxation area. The bed felt very sturdy, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep, and the lighting design was also well thought out. For breakfast, we really enjoyed their Shacha noodles, which you can order for free by scanning a QR code. My 9-year-old daughter, who is 140cm tall, also required a meal ticket for breakfast.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, surrounded by excellent amenities. There are plenty of local eateries and shopping malls nearby, and its proximity to both bus and subway stations makes getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel environment itself is also quite pleasant. I highly recommend trying Sili Satay Noodles and Azhong Eatery right next door; their food is delicious. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay.

Very satisfied with the staff, they are very enthusiastic. I brought my wife here to watch the concert. I came here for the bedding, and it was very comfortable to sleep. Very close to the Egret Stadium. It only takes half an hour to walk from the hotel to the stadium. It's very good.

Customer complaints feedback needs to be ”solved first, explained later”: new towels fall off floating hair, The front desk only apologized and did not actively provide solutions (such as disposable towels). Nice hotel, clean and equip with all necessary amenities. Away from major tourist area, however, close enough to foods and shopping. Must try the seafood restaurant around the corner, fresh and affordable price , no tourist markup. Lol. Will definitely be back again if happened to stay at Xiamen.

New hotel in best location, easy to access to wherever in Xiamen. Young staffs gave good service. Like the design of the room. The room is quiet, with working area and comfortable sofa. Breakfast and coffee were nice and provided at fair price.

The hotel is very accessible to anywhere. It’s near the mall and other small stores. Its also clean and affordable. Will definitely come back.
