Hotels in SM City Square Area, Xiamen

During my check-in, a staff member named Sweety was incredibly helpful. Although she wasn’t specifically in charge of the check-in service, she took the initiative to assist me, allowing me to get my room earlier without having to queue at the counter. Her proactive approach truly stood out. Overall, my stay was excellent. The room was in great condition, and all the hotel staff were very friendly, especially those at L26. Compared to my experiences at Marriott hotels in other countries, this was by far the best.

Nice hotel, clean and equip with all necessary amenities. Away from major tourist area, however, close enough to foods and shopping. Must try the seafood restaurant around the corner, fresh and affordable price , no tourist markup. Lol. Will definitely be back again if happened to stay at Xiamen.

New hotel in best location, easy to access to wherever in Xiamen. Young staffs gave good service. Like the design of the room. The room is quiet, with working area and comfortable sofa. Breakfast and coffee were nice and provided at fair price.

A very good travel experience. The hotel is clean. There is a BRT and subway station downstairs. The distance to Xiamen North Station or Xiamen Station is appropriate. It is very convenient to eat nearby. The living functions are good, the sound insulation is good, and it is very quiet. The breakfast provided by the hotel is rich and delicious. This is the first time I choose Atour. Next time, I will choose Atour again🥰.

Location was amazing, right outside is the metro entrance that has an underpass to SM shopping mall There’s a bus stop right in front for tour buses to pick us up. Room was decent, amenties was good enough for this price Was also able to send my packages over for the front desk to receive. Everything was smooth and good! Room was cleaned daily and towels was changed promptly, front desk was helpful!

The hotel locates in a good location, not very far from metro (about 10 minutes walk), and close to bus stop. The opposite of the hotel is Wuyi Cultural Square (五一文化广场) which is surrounded by restaurants, city museum, science museum, city library. The hotel is well decorated. The staffs are friendly and helpful. I did not eat the breakfast so I could not comment on that, however the meals that I ordered as in-room service were quite good and the beers were great.

I have to say that Xiamen is really well greened. Behind the hotel is the Ancient House Park, which has a very southern Fujian flavor. Overall, the stay was great. I was very satisfied with the sanitary services and the breakfast buffet. It is worth mentioning that there are many places to eat around. I am also a running enthusiast. This place is also close to the health trail, which is worth recommending.

Yujian Guisu Hotel SM Branch is a chain store, and the service is as stable as Mount Tai! Last time I went to the wrong branch, the front desk lady arranged for me to check in without saying a word, and also upgraded the room type for free. The efficiency is so touching! The location is quiet in the city, and it takes only 5 minutes to walk to the subway. The room is clean and hygienic, and the small refrigerator is very thoughtful. The butler service is online 24 hours a day and replies in seconds. The details of the shower room with dry and wet separation and floor heating are critical. Business travelers say that this is a combination of a mobile office + a healing cabin. This fairy chain is locked!
