Shuiyuan and the entire villa hotel are very large, but if you don’t want to walk, there will be a brother who is available at any time to drive and pick you up. The housekeeper Xiao Luo’s WeChat service is also very timely. If you don’t understand anything, he will answer it in time. There is also the lobby manager Xiaojie~ Thank you very much, because we came by Didi taxi, the driver didn’t know us, and dropped us off at the unopened gate and left, causing a misunderstanding, and he came to pick us up specially. The hotel is right outside Huangcuo Beach🏝️ because it is very convenient to walk to~ It’s really perfect for those who like the seaside, you can see the sea at sunrise and the sea at night. The hotel facilities are nothing to say. Finally, I have to say that the Chinese restaurant in the hotel has received unanimous praise from our family. The ingredients are fresh and the price is affordable. Hahaha, as a result, I ate here for 3 days

## Service The superficial service was acceptable, but when issues arose, they failed to address them from a guest's perspective. There was nothing particularly noteworthy. However, the Chinese restaurant's dinner service was a major letdown; it couldn't keep up, with clear signs of undertraining, likely a result of cost-cutting. ## Cleanliness Initially, the upgraded room we were assigned had a very strong, pungent toilet odor. However, the room change was handled very promptly. ## Facilities The bathroom and shower doors were adjusted too tightly, causing them to slam shut with a jarring noise. On our first night, guests upstairs repeatedly slammed their doors for about twenty minutes past 11 PM. The noise was perfectly audible in our room. Fortunately, our child was already asleep; otherwise, they wouldn't have been able to sleep at all. This might also be related to guests' habits, as they likely didn't realize it would disturb others on adjacent floors. Overall, from checking in on the first night until bedtime, our initial positive impression of the hotel was significantly marred.

A very nice hotel! A bit “run down” compared to the other ones we stayed at, but still very well kept and clean. The room was big and spaceous, the bathroom just amazing (we had the room with a bathtub). The staff was nice and the location is good. We did have to order to eat, since there are no restaurants nearby, but this is not a problem for us. The pool was a surprise (we are from Europe), since it is closed for a few hours during the day, and we had to wear a swimming cap. For ladies I also encourage you to wear a one piece - I had a two piece and was quite uncomfortable since every other women was covered up (long sleve shirts and pants). But overall i believe this is a great choice if you are looking for something near the beach, to go on evening walks along the coast. Would recommend!

The hotel environment is good, the scenery is great, cars can drive up directly, the super large terrace can see the sea, the boss also upgraded our room type for free, overall it is good. However, there are some small details that need to be improved. The electric curtains in the terrace room are broken and can only be pulled by hand. Some disposable items are not in place. The slippers were sent up by the waiter. We went down to get the disposable bath bag because calling may not be as fast as getting it ourselves. When brushing teeth at night, I found a toothbrush with no bristles but only a handle, but because it was late in the morning, I didn't find the front desk and used the same one with my husband. Overall, the environment is good, and it is also beautiful to take pictures. It is recommended to come when the weather is warm so that you can experience the swimming pool.

The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed with modern amenities that made my stay incredibly relaxing. The hotel’s location is perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions. The staff also kindly gave me breakfast coupons. The breakfast was delicious and vairous. They change the menu everyday and provide the specialties of Xiamen. Overall, my experience was nothing short of outstanding, and I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Xiamen. Highly recommend!!!

Service: The service staff is warm and thoughtful, patient and meticulous when checking in, and responds to questions in a very timely manner. Facilities: The guest rooms are fully equipped, the beds are soft, the supplies are good, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are of high quality.

My husband is 185 cm tall, I am 170 cm tall, and a family of three standing on the first floor, it is really crowded. The floor tiles and water pipes under the wash basin are not consistent! There is cement dust left in the bathtub during the renovation? God, can this decoration be dealt with? The water cups and decorations on the second floor? Wipe the decorations too... The price of more than 700, this area is almost the same as a 4-star chain hotel... The pet-friendly hotel I stayed in Fuzhou was only more than 600 a night! Location: If you don't drive yourself, there is no subway! If you drive yourself, you can't park at the door! The parking lot is paved with sand and gravel, and it is dusty. Imagine that we brought our children, dogs, suitcases, and lots of stuff, and had to cross the path to reach the B&B! How painful! The B&Bs in this village can be avoided together. The rural atmosphere is very strong. I don’t deny that the decoration design of this one is the least rustic. I also booked it because of this decoration. I didn’t expect the actual stay experience to be so bad. This village is still building B&Bs like crazy to cut leeks... You can imagine how bad the environment is... The only comfort is that dogs can be brought to the Huangcuo Beach opposite, and the puppies are quite happy. Service: Before and after check-in, it is quite difficult to communicate with the boss/customer service in real time... Facilities: The swimming pool is beautiful, but the water is not changed every day as advertised. No breakfast... The most important thing is that if I hadn’t been suffocated on the second floor, I would not give a bad review. 2-story loft, as soon as you enter the door, there is a damp smell without opening the window and ventilation. There is only a door on the first floor. Can I open the door for ventilation? Whose room is always open? There is a window on the second floor, which is in the same position as the door on the first floor. There is only one window, but no ventilation. There is no through-draft, so the air is not circulating! In this case, there is no fresh air system! ! I walked from the first floor to the second floor, and it was obviously stuffy. For people with average lung function or obesity, no fresh air is very bad! ! It was really painful to stay for two nights! It was not clean and the room smelled bad! ! Advantages: Because of traffic jam, we could not arrive on time on the first night, so we were refunded one night. I am very grateful for this, and I am still looking forward to staying at this time! On the day of check-out, because we missed the boat to Gulangyu and came back late, we were free to delay the check-out for one hour, which is also very grateful.

The front desk that received us was Xiao Wu. Very enthusiastic. Although the hotel food is vegetarian, it is quite good. The model is old but the health can also have luggage storage service at the front desk.
