My Stay: Beyond Expectations, A Truly Comfortable Experience My overall experience during this stay was fantastic! First off, the location is superb. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for visiting both tourist attractions and shopping districts. Absolutely perfect for travelers! Secondly, the attention to detail in their service truly stood out. From the friendly front desk staff guiding me with a smile during check-in to the housekeeping team proactively replacing bottled water daily, every interaction reflected their thoughtful and professional approach. The room itself was another pleasant surprise: the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderfully deep sleep. The smart toilet and voice-controlled lighting were a fantastic bonus, adding a touch of modern tech. What's more, every corner, even the often-missed spots, was immaculately clean – I truly couldn't find a single fault. The breakfast spread, while not spectacular, was definitely ample, offering both Western and Chinese options. I particularly enjoyed the freshly prepared noodles and freshly brewed coffee. Should I return to this city, I would definitely prioritize staying here again! I highly recommend it to anyone who values both convenience and comfort.

Had a wonderful experience with ZiJin where services they provided are superb and staff are always helpful and serving with a smile. I gotten a free upgrade room from them and was told there's free supper will be served to all their guests daily from 9.30 onward will 11.00pm. Room are clean and nothing to complain from me.

Saw this hotel during a layover at the airport and was instantly charmed by its artistic design! The lighting and artwork in the hallways create a warm yet upscale atmosphere. The room was clean and tidy, and even the bathroom murals were quite stylish. The gym on the first floor is well-equipped with everything from yoga mats to strength training machines. The hotel also offers airport shuttle service, which was very responsive; even when I had to change the pickup time last minute, it wasn't an issue.

This hotel stay for my business trip truly exceeded all expectations. I had initially braced myself for the typical unaccommodating service of a large, local state-owned hotel, but Seven at the front desk handled my check-in and check-out with such professionalism that I questioned if I had accidentally booked an international brand. I rushed out for my business trip and completely forgot my charger, but the housekeeping team was incredibly thoughtful and lent me one for two days. Having not packed enough clothes for my trip, the self-service laundry room proved to be a lifesaver – it was impeccably clean and well-equipped, meeting all my needs. The room was spotless, the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the hotel's location offers easy access to anywhere on Xiamen Island. The only minor downside is the scarcity of dining options directly around the hotel. I chose to have dinner at the hotel's buffet; while the food wasn't particularly gourmet, for a Xiamen hotel buffet at just 81 RMB, you really can't complain – it's an absolute steal! All in all, a truly fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

The front desk service was excellent. As a non-smoking international guest, I received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely gesture. The room was very spacious and well-equipped. The restaurant had a unique charm, and the food was plentiful and delicious. The location was incredibly convenient, with plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. I've stayed at this hotel many times. The environment is great, it's very clean and hygienic, and offers excellent value for money. Takasaki Airport T3/T4 Terminal Drop-off Service (5-7 AM): It's very convenient for catching flights; a taxi to the airport only takes a few minutes, and there's even a drop-off service in the morning. Facilities: They have a washing machine, dryer, breakfast, and a self-service bar.

This hotel is near to airport about 10minute. The front desk people are friendly and helpful. Give the best attention to customer needs . Kind and offering their help. I really feel so comfortable to stay this hotel. If i will visit have another transit at Xiamen and definitely will stay this hotel. and hotel room very clean and have free laudry room which is very convenient. After a long flight from Greece we arrived late at night in this beautiful hotel in Xiamen. The staff at the lobby was very helpful and informative and welcomed us with a kind smile. Our room was in the sixth floor, very clean and new. The building had two fast elevators. In every corner there was a vending machine that fulfilled every need. There was a robot for delivery in the rooms. The cleaning ladies kept our room refreshed and tidy everyday, clean towels and amenities. The shower water was always in the perfect temperature. The breakfast was serving extremely good quality and variety of food and there was free laundry service and gym at the facility. I need to point out the hospitality and kindness of the staff, which made our stay at the hotel feel like home. The neighborhood around the hotel is exactly what a traveller wishes for. There is a traditional market, very picturesque and beautiful, 24h shops, convenient stores, cafès, pharmacies, bars and all kinds of stores but at the same time the environment is tranquil and relaxed for the perfect holidays.The surrounding greenery and trees make everything so beautiful. I cannot express how satisfied we were for picking Xence Hotel for our stay in Xiamen. I really hope we come here again in the future.

Great gym and pool facilities, the room always clean and comfortable. The location is good and by the ocean.

The hotel is super clean and the staff is really kind. They welcome me with a fresh cup of tea with a big smile. They have a small gym and the laundry room that has everything you need to clean and hygiene your clothes. The room is clean and spacious. The breakfast is various and fresh. I will come back next time I will go to see my friends. 10/10.
