The service is super good. The moment we reached, the hotel attendants came and help carry our luggages from the taxi to the lobby then to our rooms. They also helped to receive parcels. The hotel is located across the street from the beach and a nice walk along the beach to restaurants nearby (about 20 minutes). The hotel staff was very helpful and communicated via WeChat (as we don’t speak English). I’d stay here again.

The place is perfect for me as it is conveniently near a subway station as well as at the nearest bus stop. It is also near to several eateries. The front desk helped me even though I was a foreigner. Actually, I checked-in at the hotel although I was aware that they prefer Chinese speaking clients (as can be inferred based on the hotel policy as posted at Trip.com)

we book this hotel around 9pm at night since we suddenly require a new place to stay in xiamen. we book it through trip.com and everything was smooth. the only complain that I would have is that the toilet was rather smelly / stinky, but since it's very late at night we just don't have the urge to complain. but overall it's a lovely stay 😉

The front desk staff is great, very helpful and patient.Their breakfast is really good and the dining hall staff is lovely too.The swimming pool and gym are closed in the winter.I do wish that there more lights in the rooms because they are a bit dark.The hotel is clean and the cleaning staff comes in everyday unless you don’t want to be disturbed. The tub and patio are great, especially when you’ve booked the sea view room.The paving, garden and pathways are beautiful, but one has to be careful because my friend slipped and fell when it was wet. The sound of the waves and the breeze throughout the day is very refreshing.The private beach is right in front of the hotel and is safe. The villas are beautiful and could do with some minor changes like flooring (get rid of the carpet,it’s clean but it’s still a carpet ).Overall we had a great stay.Oh Hank and Shui Jin are at the front desk are angels from above.I would definitely come back.

The room was cute, loft style and they had a lot of free snacks and drink for customers. I didnt had a hard time travelling from the hotel to other places, very accessible and convenient. The hotel is like a coffee shop+bar, it has machines that delivery stuff that you may request like extra stuff, or food. They also have free wifi but needed a chinese number to log in. But if you dont have you can ask help from the staffs.

Manager Ao at the hotel front desk: The arrangements are very good. When they heard that I would be attending a meeting for several days, they arranged a very good room for me. The sanitary environment is good, but two points need to be strengthened 1. We stayed in 1421 for four nights. The water pressure was too low and it was not pleasant to take a shower. It was especially painful for girls to wash their hair! 2. The bidet in the restroom opens and closes the toilet lid and flushes at irregular intervals 24 hours a day. When I reported this to the front desk on the first day, I was asked to unplug the plug and plug it back in again, but it was totally useless... I endured this toilet music for four nights! It is worth mentioning that the cleaning lady is very nice, enthusiastic and polite!
