Xiamen Huli District Hotels

Hotel is quite old but generally the room condition is very well-maintained and clean. Staff's attitude is very polite at front desk, room service and cleaning team. The cleaner even gave me a mouse pad when she noticed i didnt have one. Location is awesome, as there is a lot of local foods restaurant and convenient stores within 200M walking reach.

There are snacks, long-lasting milk, soy milk and drinks. Drinking water is replenished daily, which is good. The hot breakfast dishes were good for three consecutive nights, but the fruits (cherry tomatoes, banana apples), egg tarts, small breads and juice (grape juice) were a bit repetitive. The cold water problem at the wash basin in the hotel bathroom was reported in the afternoon and fixed in the evening (much better than the hotel in the notebook, which records problems but does not repair them). I forgot to report that the smart Xiaodu cannot select channels by voice control. Is it because the smart window curtains are not installed?

For a business trip to Xiamen, I had an early flight the next day. I found this airport-adjacent hotel on Ctrip, and it also offers shuttle service. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and a taxi ride to the city center takes less than half an hour, provided there's no traffic. It's also not far from a great spot to photograph planes landing. The room was basic but clean and tidy. My overall stay experience was very good. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip.

We arrived at 2259, the staff Wendy and the chef on duty that night were so nice to whip up a tasty bowl of noodles for us. Hats off to their kindness as it was closing time and they were already packing up to leave. A five star experience except for the constant smoke smell in the air conditioning. Also, the washer and dryers were constantly in use, it was difficult to get a slot to use them. Walking distance from airport, new hotel, clean, modern and comfortable.

The service staff are very considerate. From the check-in counter to the airport drop-off staff, Mr. Zhou pays close attention to the needs of the guests. The hotel is very close to the airport, about 10 minutes away. It is located in a startup park. It happened to be a holiday when I checked in, so the surrounding area was not too busy. If I wanted to buy some small things, I had to walk for a while, and I still needed to take a taxi for takeout. The mattress is good, the bedding is soft and thick, and the amenities are quite complete. For me who is used to sleeping on a soft bed, it is very comfortable. The hair dryer is light and easy to hold, the air outlet is very clean, and the sound insulation is very good. For breakfast, it has everything you need considering the local taste, including bread and salad, etc. It is average. Overall, you can see the dedication in business operations.

The hotel is near the airport, which was convenient for our late-night arrival. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The clean and spacious rooms provided a lovely, welcoming, and restful sleep. Complimentary hot and cool lemon tea is available at the reception round the clock. There's even a free porridge supper (delicious!) every evening! The free shuttle service to the airport leaves every hour (needs booking). To be candid, the best part of our stay was the kind help and assistance from the reception staff, who were very helpful with our suggestions, taxi bookings, etc. A very special and loud shout-out of appreciation to Sunny for making our stay memorable!

When I checked in, I was unexpectedly informed by the front desk that I was upgraded to an executive suite because the room was available, and there was no extra charge. I was very surprised! The room was spacious and bright, the mattress was moderately soft and hard, and the sleep quality was directly improved; it was also equipped with a seasonal fruit plate, and the details were perfect! I will definitely come again next time I go on a business trip.

The hotel room is quite quiet, the back garden is large and the air is very good. I stay here every time I come here just for the garden and the 24-hour check-out mechanism. There are many flexible hours and it is very convenient to go anywhere. There are also small animals in the garden. The overall service in each area is patient and gentle, especially the front desk Xiao Zhang, who is very professional. The service quality of Nanfang Hotel is still relatively good.

From arrival, the hotel impressed me with its beautiful surroundings, lush greenery, and excellent facilities. Guest Service Manager Veronica was exceptionally welcoming—she showed us the stunning 70,000 sqm garden and even provided food to feed the swans, peacocks, and other wildlife, making our stay truly special.   The staff were consistently friendly—front desk and concierge always greeted us with warm smiles, enhancing the welcoming atmosphere.   The combination of breathtaking scenery, modern amenities, and outstanding service made this a perfect stay. Highly recommended!

Many thanks to the front desk for the complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room; the welcome fruit upon arrival was a truly warm and thoughtful gesture. All the staff were incredibly friendly and polite! We specifically visited this newly opened hotel, drawn by its fresh design, to experience it firsthand. The hotel's overall design is innovative and stylish, with all the amenities and facilities feeling premium and high-quality. However, perhaps because it's newly opened, the atmosphere wasn't quite as established and serenely balanced as the Fairmont we previously stayed at in Chengdu.
