Convenient location . Front desk service especially Xiao Zhong given us a memorable experience . Accommodative to our request for advance 1 day parking and given good suggestions where to visit and have our meals. Thank you.

The hotel was clean and staff very helpful especially Xiao Zhong who provided addition info on places of interest. the room was also comfortable.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. Wonderful service staff - I want to give a special shout-out to Ms Yang (小杨）at front desk.
It’s within 10 minutes walking distance to Gulangyu ferry terminal and metro station.

Hotel n room looked dated and unpleasant. Cigarette smoke came thru corridor n aircon outlet. Supposed to stay 2 nights but decided to check out after first night. Terrible experience !

I was impressed with the front office staff Ms. JuanJuan Liao, she was cheerful, professional and helpful; I would rate her as one of the best hotel staff I have ever met. Given the GM Mr. Paul Zhang demonstrated as a great leader over my stay of 4 nights at the hotel, he was very hands on and professionally offered support to his staff and guests.
They are great asset to the Company.

The location is superb if you want to take the ferry to Gulangyu. After some initial issues with check in, the front desk manager 廖娟娟 sorted everything out. She was very professional and friendly and helpful! A+ for service.

Great location, near to international ferry terminal. Check in was easy, breakfast was a simple offering that was totally fine. Rooms could be better maintained but for price and location its worth staying here.
