應該説是住過最滿意的民宿了。
位置超級棒，一樓就是中山路的一線街麪， D房的頂樓陽台可以俯瞰整個中山路，也算是中山路最靚的一棟騎樓了，紅色的外牆很顯眼。衹是攜程和百度的位置標註不正確（標註到了鎮海路地鐵站附近），害我找錯了地方。
房間非常舒適温馨，法式裝修風格很帶感，看得出來老闆各種佈置很用心。尤其是B房超大，還有電子壁爐和休息空間，以及浴缸。
隔音也很不錯，即使是春節期間的中山路關上窗也完全聽不到一點聲音。
上下樓梯一直是預訂時最擔心的地方，到了發現比我想象的好不少，當然，還是要小心上下，尤其是行動不變的房客，但對於成年人和稍大點的小朋友沒有太大難度（我兒子10歲和我一起住的）。
美中不足是老房子衹能用電熱水器，如果把熱水用完了要稍等一下。

房間還可以，但是晚上睡覺確實還是有點吵，上下層咯吱咯吱的聲音，浴缸還可以，外面聲音也有點大，沒有化粧鏡也是敗筆

房間不大，一個人住剛剛好。在中山路附近，出行方便，隔音門很安靜。窗台有花，一個人住挺好的。

設施：齊全。浴缸在陽台但通水，可以拍照
環境：隔音設施良好，因為地段繁華，隔音差點就真住不進了。挺文藝的，過道狹窄上下要格外注意。
服務：挺好的，房東找阿姨來接，還幫忙搬行李。有寄存點。
明月蝦麪好好吃，相對便宜。

沒拍到房間內部照片，但是可以説與圖片一致。
22號飛機落地直奔民宿了，因為飛機上老闆沒聯繫到我給我發了短訊，後來下飛機聯繫好後打車直接到了中山路。來接我們的阿姨很熱情，幫我們拿行李，那個樓梯有點窄，第一次上可能不習慣。
房間很乾凈風格很棒，與預想一致，露台很棒，如果不是太熱的話露台吹風很舒服。
隔音蠻不錯的，樓下的聲音基本上可以忽略，空調製冷也沒問題。熱水也沒問題。床墊是軟的。
如果還來廈門的話可能還會選擇這家民宿吧，風格真的好棒。

下地鐵後就收到了電話，要求加店主微信，本來不理解，後來按照人家發的定位找了半天到不了，我真沒耐心了，然後店主派人來接，接人的阿姨走的巨快，生怕我追上他😂😂😂，從一個很陡狹窄的道上去就到了，本來有點失望，可給我的房間可太合心意了，有浴缸，給一次性浴缸套，整個裝修小資又漂亮，還有毛茸茸的大凳子，床很舒服，誰的很踏實，就在中山路夜市邊上，很熱鬧，但是不吵，我覺得來旅遊的很有必要住一晚，就感受廈門的環境。
