房東行武出身，嗓門大，但做事情非常細膩，趙初覺得是個大老粗，但實則粗中有細，房間衞生乾淨整潔，一塵不染，被子疊的非常有有形的豆腐塊，房東跟我們説他處處以部隊為標準，嚴格要求自己，對待客人，雖然嗓門大，但是非常熱情，而且民宿交通位置非常方便，路口第一家就是，出門就有公交站，公交車經過各個景點，房東還給我們介紹了當地的旅遊景點，吃喝玩樂，非常滿意的一次入往，以後我們還會來，強烈推薦。

老城區裏環境差 設備老舊 電腦顯卡 1 系卡就算了 還要閃退 空調打以一晚也不熱 投影儀燈也是壞的

房間真的很棒，就是忘拍照了，投影儀幕布電腦全都特別好，一次性馬桶套啊啥的一應俱全，老闆還特別熱情，我們有一個大行李比較重，來去都是老闆幫拿的，我跟媽媽都覺得特別棒，經濟實惠！真的很不錯的一間民宿，五星好評！

很不錯，提前聯繫店家會幫開空調。位置也屬於中心區域，去廈大、沙灘、曾厝垵、植物園等都在周邊，公交都能到（樓下附近100米內就有公交站）。去中山路、八市（中山路附近幾百米）打車、公交都挺方便。去集美學村那就要遠點了，需要公交轉地鐵，大概要1個半小時路程。這家民宿挺不錯的，老闆也熱情，如果還有機會去廈門玩，我會選擇再次入住，已收藏～另外，我定的是4人親子間（榻榻米房），兩大兩小夠住。

房間衞生乾淨，價格便宜實惠，交通非常便利（門口就是22路車，20路車等公交車的始發站），主人性格直爽。
房屋周邊是廈門大學學生公寓以及小吃街，因此會比較喧鬧以及會有油煙的味道，想體驗市民生活氣息，可以選擇這裏。
白城沙灘，廈門植物園南門，廈門大學就在周邊。
民宿以電競作為主題，有70%的房間裏面配備有電腦，想要玩電腦的客户可以和主人確認是不是定的電腦房。
套內沒有拍照，上幾張廈門的風景。
