(It looks very much like the color matching of the design that won me the award [haha]) The elevator entrance and the room are all painted with red, green and blue colors, which are perfectly integrated with gray, white and black. The use of straight lines, curves, light and shadow all reflect the designer's aesthetics and attitude. Compared with the space theme of Changsha W that I have been to before, I prefer the surprise brought to me by Xiamen W. Hygiene: I have a mysophobia, and I have no complaints about the hotel inside and outside. There is no odor or dust, perfect. Environment: The dynamic line design and view are also very good. It is only a few kilometers away from the airport, which is very convenient. Service: I was amazed at how cute the friends in any hotel were. The smiling faces were everywhere, which made me feel friendly. I took a look at the name of the general manager, who should be a woman. It seems that women understand women better when it comes to detailed services. This is very good. I will probably stay at W Hotel next time I come to Xiamen. I would like to especially praise the Welcome Experience-WXM. Listening attentively and meticulously, and sincere service are the killer skills.

After the first call, I waited for more than ten minutes, but there was no response, so I called again. Third, after going out in the morning and returning to the hotel at night, there was no toilet paper. It was actually empty. Don't you replenish all the things when you clean? I guess if the charged ones are used, you will definitely replenish them, right? It's your cost, but you save so much? I have to call again for this matter. To be honest, aren't you annoyed? I have stayed in many Marriott hotels. Although there are some unsatisfactory aspects, you are definitely the first one I blacklist from the bottom of my heart!

This time we booked a sea view, but it was a little far from the beach and it was cloudy so we couldn't see the sea from the room. It was a pity.
