一開始是住30樓但是給我們的房間都沒有打掃乾淨我説要退房她就説給我們升級到32樓但是房間的澡間和洗漱台發黴特別多床上也有不知名的黑色物體和毛髮後面給我換了被套地板沒有打掃乾淨還有頭髮給我的感覺就是不衞生不乾淨絕對沒有第二次來雙子塔酒店就是個噱頭牆壁也不乾淨馬桶應該是塗過什麼東西的拖鞋也是看起來不乾淨有灰淋雨的地方水漬特別多還有淋浴玻璃門你們自行看圖片吧反正就是不值得

這是我目前為止住過最差的酒店，帶着長者孩子來廈門旅遊，想着來雙子塔打個卡，攜程找到了這家公寓酒店，真的真的很失望…除了位於63樓，看到的景觀、夜景不錯，房間的配置及衞生真的還不如快捷酒店，非常之糟糕！房間衞生條件堪憂，牆壁全是之前熊孩子的傑作，洗手間的智能馬桶像抽風似的一靠近不停的自動沖水，洗手池臟到極點，不知道搞衞生的阿姨是不是從來沒擦過…雙子塔的名頭很大，A棟已經被暑假的人羣佔領，全是人人人，已經變成爛大街的地方…如果衹是想要頂樓城市景觀，不如定個樓頂的下午茶來的舒心，真的要避雷這棟樓的公寓…以後出行還是找正規的酒店，最起碼有標準，公寓民宿的衞生條件參差不齊。

看捷程推薦預訂的衝著他那海景房去的，早上過去辦理入住。被告知要中午12點。下午3點過去房間衞生還沒做，房間又小，根本看不了海景。最後跟他協調加錢換了一間所謂的海景房！

雙子塔內的公寓式酒店，訂了海景大床房，入住時前台主動給升級樓層到53樓。房間落地窗正朝鼓浪嶼，視野非常好。出門過馬路就是觀海平台，看日落超級美，沙灘玩沙撿貝殼，小朋友特別喜歡，玩好幾天都玩不膩。周邊餐飲繁榮，交通便利。離廈大也很近。步行溜達還進了一條貓街，很有當地特色，吃了薑母鴨味道特別好。酒店的前台接待處在雙子塔對面的一個飯店門面，早餐在接待處的二樓吃。早餐品種和味道都還不錯。前台服務也不錯，提出的需求都盡力配合。如果房間衞生細節能做的更好一些就更完美啦（比如地面毛髮，洗臉池內邊緣垃圾清理，沙發套清洗）。整體還是很好的，這個位置這個景觀，已經物有所值了，滿意。

住在5901-1，真的超級爽；房間衞生做的很不錯，一塵不染，衞生間也不反味，床墊軟硬適中；最關鍵的是，夜景真的是非常好！可以看到八市那邊的漂亮景色；性價比真的是非常高了

房間地理位置方便，樓下就是商場超市，沙坡尾走路就能到。樓下就是觀景台。房間視野超級好。服務周到，房間設施齊全。衹是晾衣服不太方便。

房間整潔，設施齊全，有微波爐，冰箱，洗衣機也有但沒使用。位置很方便，離廈大近，騎自行車10分鐘就到，附近吃的也很多。酒店前台服務態度很好，前台和酒店是分開的兩棟樓。自助早餐還不錯，可以用攜程積分兑換。入住當天發現酒店價格降了，本來想換海景房，後來不想麻煩就算了。聽前台説山景房是低層，海景房應該是高層，視野應該會更好。

酒店位置環境相當不錯，出去不遠就可以去沙灘，房間視角也很好，就是房間不知道是不是衞生沒搞好，睡了兩晚，身上被叮了有三十個紅包，也不是蚊子就是床上什麼蟲子咬的，建議還要要把衞生清潔乾淨，畢竟出來玩誰也不想一身癢回家。
