This shouldn’t be a five star hotel. The facilities , services and hygiene may be belongs to a three star hotel. Breakfast and the lake view room will be the selling point. However, the noisy is a too serious problem which can annoy you if you are a person who cannot fall asleep easily. Suggest you to choose Better one if you can afford to. By the way, the location is good too. Very close to the most popular market.

房間非常乾淨、景色宜人！
酒店的每一位員工都很禮貌、做事速度很快。前台小王很温暖、給我們房間升級了、還送孩子牙刷和小拖鞋、非常友好。三天廈門換了三個酒店、我比較挑剔、這家真的很好。
早上退完房要趕動車都離開了🚄、忘了行李在房間、前台神速給我房卡、最後趕上了動車。
早餐很豐盛、也很好吃。下次來廈門一定還住這裏。感恩每個遇見！😊

酒店位置絕佳，趕上大北風，吹了一晚上，有點影響睡眠，房型略有欠缺，12層那個房間有點“雞肋”，最好直接開通13層，總的來説還是不錯的，家人很喜歡

酒店位置地處核心，去哪裡都很方便，同時處在白鷺洲旁邊，湖景房景觀非常不錯。就是玻璃可能很久沒有擦了，影響看景觀。尤其要感謝7樓樓層的服務經理陳女士，因為之前發燒借了個温度計，第二天見面還問我們是否有好轉，讓我們在廈門感到温暖，酒店各服務人員也都非常棒，有星級酒店的樣子。之後再次遊玩廈門還會考慮這裏，非常棒的旅行體驗。

我在廈門住過最垃圾的酒店，我用三句話概括：服務垃圾，衞生垃圾，隔音垃圾！服務和隔音要親身經歷，衞生看下圖！放水杯的盤子，電話厚厚一層灰，從來沒有這麼粗暴地評價一家酒店！真心噁心
